Cafe Normandie Restaurant Naples

The food was wonderful. Escargot superb, branzino, duck, and onion soup all just perfect. The staff truly cared about our experience, and the manager and chef both visited our table to check on us. This was our first time at this restaurant - it has been here a long time, and I can see why. Truly special and we will be back.

Excellent food. Pleasant people. Unacceptable service. We were very rushed throughout our entire meal. Entrees were fired early and we only had about 5 minutes to eat our appetizers. We had to stop the busser from taking unfinished plates (the soup didn't even have time to cool enough to eat) but only relented after he told us our entrees were already sitting in the pass. Additionally, they started breaking down empty tables to close about 45 minutes before closing and it really felt like they wanted out of there as quickly as possible. Our reservations were at 6:45. Restaurant closing time at 8:30. We were finished dinner (apps plus entree plus dessert) by 8:00 so it's not like we were luxuriating at the table or were late walk ins. That said. Food itself was excellent. Nice wine selections.

Food was delicious and waitress came to take drink orders as soon as we sat down. Then the went over the specials and soon after we ordered. Great place and will go back for another meal

Super food, ambience, service! Prix Fixe menu was a nice way to try more on the menu, with slightly smaller portions.

This is a lovely little bistro. The food is fabulous. I had the best Dover Sole I have ever eaten at this place. Very traditional French with great desserts too.

Cafe Normandie is a hidden jewel! My friend and I went there to celebrate her birthday and it was magnifique! She had beef bourganione and I had the baked chicken with mushrooms. Each dish was savory, attractive, and delicious! You will love it!

We have enjoyed several lunch and dinner experiences. Both the superb French menu and the delightful chef and staff brought us back to our visits to Paris and Provence. One of best values in Naples. Bravo!

Cafe Normadie has some of the best french food we have ever eaten. We just came back from a 3 week trip in France and this food is still better than what the French make. Highly recommend, it's a relaxing environment and top notch food what more could you ask for. Merci.

I am NEVER disappointed when I dine here! Cafe Normandie is excellent. Food and service. A place where I can park my car and walk into a lovely room. I never feel rushed or unappreciated. I can hear my dinner companions speaking! A rarity in Naples. The family is so nice! The food delicious. Wine is reasonably priced. I will be back again soon!

First time here as it was restaurant week. The service was excellent, and they had decent choice of wines. I had the duck, which was ok but definitely not the best I have ever had. My wife had the filet minion and asked for medium, which came out rare. She also had the french onion soup and was not pleased with it at all. Overall, it was just an ediable meal... nothing spectacular.

I always have a great experience here. It's very comfortable - not pretentious Food is great. House wines outstanding (bottle of House Cab $39!). Service - lovely. Highly recommend.

Cafe Normandie was a lovely dining experience—from the moment you walk in the door you are immersed in a welcoming authentic French cafe dining experience. Meticulously prepared and served by the owners, the French onion soup (best ever!) and the special of the day were amazing. I had been there for a light lunch and loved it; the evening meal was every bit as delicious and thoughtfully prepared—you will not be disappointed! Cannot wait to return!

Great little place to visit when in naples, due to its small dining room I recommend a reservation during season. Food was great! service was attentive and friendly, we had a very lovely meal.

Excellent as always. Tucker away in a non descriptive strip shopping center The owners serve as host and chef Authentic food and excellent wine selection. The country pate, escargot, duck, bourguignon, any thing you order is fresh, made to order We never miss eating here when we visit Naples. They close for a month in mid June thru July to go back to France (Lyon) I believe. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed
