Cafeteros Empanadas has the BEST empanadas in Naples! They are absolutely delicious. They are also completely gluten free and fried in a dedicated gluten free fryer. I have a severe gluten allergy and have never had issues, neither have any of my celiac friends.
The service is fantastic, with the owners being so sweet and accommodating! The price is very reasonable, so I stock up every Sunday for my lunches during the week.
