I never leave reviews but I HAD to for Tiffany! She gave us the most exceptional service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Incredibly fast service, consistently attentive, stellar attitude and an all around wonderful person. I would come back just for her!

Took my family to the Naples location and was reminded why we loved going to Carrabas as much as we do. Daniel was out server and he was on top of everything even though he was attending an additional big party. Michael the manager was very kind along with the rest of the staff. Amazing food coupled with amazing people always leads to good memories with the family.

Service was good but the food was atrocious, has it always been hospital food quality or is this decline more recent?

No bread or olive oil, inedible parts of the lettuce head was in the salad, bland pasta and the eggplant parmigiana was undercooked and tough. Had better meals at Fazoli’s and Olive Garden. This chain used to have much better food quality. Very disappointed!

Tiffany was beyond! So attentive and kind. Will ask for her every time! I had the Johnny Trio with a glass of Meomi and wow was it amazing! My mother had the salmon, perfectly grilled. This might be our new weekly dinner spot 🤗
