Don Tequila Mexican Restaurant

I eat here al the time for lunch and the food is always great. I get shrimp tacos, steak and chicken and chicken tortilla soup and it is good along with the drinks and on the menu the prices are there si u can see what it cost so that way there are no surprises . So stop by for lunch and dinner it's great here at Don tequilas

I had such a great visit at Don Tequila. I ordered the El Patron burrito and highly suggest it. It was delicious and full of flavor. I also tried the horchata, and it tasted so authentic. The decor is vibrant, colorful, and creates such a fun and lively vibe. I love that they play Mexican music because it adds to the whole experience.

Fantastic spot. I will be back for sure!

Dined in with my family, ordered appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Ordered Quesabirrias for myself and it was delicious and filling! Great portions and atmosphere definitely come!!!

OMG I just had THE best chorizo Mexican tacos and carnitas American tacos in my life. I am in love - going back ASAP! In town until Saturday and already plan to be there at least 2 more times…

Nice little restaurant, food was good. Service was good, but slow, appeared they were understaffed. They bring mild salsa to the table. You have to ask for the picante salsa.

Came to this place because of reviews however they fell a short. Food was a bit bland. Parillada steak was cut to thick. Even the sweet tea was un drinkable. Prices were good, just doesn’t live up to authenticity but we tried.

If there was a 4th category here for price you would see why I gave a 3 star overall. The food was good but pretty standard for a Mexican restaurant. What I didn't appreciate was them charging $21 for a chimichanga that cost $16 dollars everywhere else. Nothing really there to set it apart that would justify the increased cost. Everything on the menu was higher then the competition. Some items way worse then others. It is a pretty place and clean. The staff was nice and attentive. If your in the area for lunch on a budget, maybe pass on this one for a cheaper option.

The food came out cold.
We sent it back, and instead of a fresh plate, they sent it through the convection oven, that even the radish and limons were hot. The sever was great at first, and after that, she didn't check on us. We had to keep looking to get her attention. The food was good. The environment was nice.

I'm completely undecided if I'd go back. Got a $21 burrito. Flavor was a nine except for the steak which was literally a 1. Waitress never came back to check so I just ate it. If the steak has been good it would have been a great experience. The steak was beyond tough and the flavor very off. Everything else was very yummy. The steak just ruined it.
