Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Charley's is inside the Walmart on Juilet in Naples, Florida. I've eaten here a few times while on shopping errands. The service is always excellent. Fast and friendly. The small dining area is clean and presentable. The beverages are sef serve. Today I ordered the small Cheese Steak sandwich
combo that comes with a beverage and small fries. $12.48 including tax. The sandwich was excellent and the fries were perfect. There are several size options available on the menu if you want a bigger sandwich or a different side. A great value for the money.

Got Ubereats to deliver a couple different sandwiches. A traditional Philly and a turkey club, both had very little anything on the roll and the flavors were woefully lacking. Arby’s is better. I don’t recommend them at all. Disappointed to say the least. It was delivered so I can’t comment on service or atmosphere.

Listen I came in to get some food the staff is rude off the bat the girl working the register I asked where is your kids menu, she said we only have boneless wings for kids. Since when does a restaurant only serve wings for kids??? Then I order food I say I want the smallest Philly cheese steak and smallest fry you have.. she says we don't have small only reg... I'm like wouldn't that be your smallest you have? She looks at me like I'm stupid!! Then she says so you want onions peppers & mushrooms? I'm like isn't that what it says it comes with??? She looks at me again w/attitude! I'm thinking of its listed w/ those items Then wouldn't ppl say they don't want them ? So I literally get my food in less than a minute AND MY FRIES ARE RAW!! So I say my fries aren't cooked the guy cook says oh you want them well done, I say no I want them cooked these aren't cooked!!

What the heck happened to this place in the course of idk 3 or 4 short months which was the last time I ate here!! The kids menu was appropriate not boneless chicken wings w/ weird sauce on them I HONESTLY DO NO KNOW MANY KIDS WHO WOULD EAT JUST THAT! OH AND NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NAME TAGS ON, EXCEPT THE GRILL GUY CLAUDIO!! Wonder why that is?!?! I live in SWFL, ppl are generally nicer here...but this Charley's is inside a Walmart so there's that!! The last time I was here it had been over 25 yrs since I had eaten at Charley's due to how bad the food had gotten, when I gave them a chance a few months ago it was bcuz someone told me they got better, yes the food was good last time, but this time food is sub par & the service is HORRIBLE! I won't come here again, & I'll make sure to tell my friends not to come here! I suggest you don't either even if you're hungry & in a pinch... this is Walmart there's plenty of food at the ready

“I get that it’s inside Walmart, so maybe I shouldn’t expect too much, but Charlie’s Cheesesteaks really missed the mark here. Ordered some boneless wings, and the guy asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese. I picked blue cheese, only to find out it came with a surprise $0.60 upcharge. Guess sauce isn’t included unless you pay extra. Fine, whatever.

But then, while waiting for my food, I noticed one of the workers in the back with no hairnet, wearing no gloves (while everyone else was). She had long hair hanging down and was scratching her nose, touching the fryer basket, sprinkling seasoning, and handling food—all without gloves. The sight was bad enough, but then she packaged up those boneless wings and handed them to me, knowing I saw all of it. I ended up tossing them straight in the garbage. Unbelievably gross. If you care about basic hygiene, steer clear.”

I ordered a combo that is on the screens (Potatoes and drink) and the girl tells me that she can't sell it to me together, but it is on the screen as a combo and a lower price than what was charged.

I really enjoy theirPhilly cheesesteaks sandwiches. Their delicious. The last few times I’ve gone they weren’t really busy. Which is nice . No waiting in line or anything. Nice atmosphere, employees are always helpful and friendly.

An employee walked away from me while I was trying to order, my order was a small side of fries. Working in the restaurant industry I totally understand how frustrating dealing with language barriers. Next time just be polite, it’s no one’s fault who speaks what language.

I had what you call boneless chicken wings but all they were was chicken nuggets. They were good french fries were hot.It would be nice if the employees at this location could speak and understand English.

Cheesesteak is delicious, but a bit messy. Fries are average in flavor but do not get soggy like many fast food restaurants. Service was fast and friendly.
