This place has absolutely tanked. I remember when this place was great service and quality, and now its an utter joke.
I recently ate there and the Hispanic girl behind the counter took my order, and then proceeded to cook the cheesesteak.
The issue is that after touching the raw meat, she did not change her glove. CROSS CONTAMINATION. This is a huge health code violation.
They have new employees there all the time, so it clearly demonstrates that they have poor management and wages.

This is a no star review. The whole experience was awful! The food the service was terrible! They need all new staff including management! They were rude and hated there jobs!

Mariana attempted to overcharge me for drinks for unknown reason. Unbelievable. She was unpleasant and curt. Food portions very small although quality was fresh. Oddly, they have subpar bread. Unlikely I ever return.

Awful experience. Walked up and all employees on their phones, giggling, and not looking up. When one finally decided to take my order, the other scoffed and rolled his eyes when I ordered my chicken california with no tomatoes. However, not only were there tomatoes on my sandwich but they went back on their phones and gave my friend and I dirty looks?!? Horrible horrible service!!! Tasted good after I removed the tomato though, will not be returning.

Place sucks everytime, can't even get my order in cuz employees are not in the cashier and the ones that are there don't care enough to get your order highly disappointed since I like the subs

We had Charlie's tonight in the mall and WOW I was blown away! It was really delicious and filling. The staff was friendly and quick , did a great job. I had the Philly cheese steak and my wife had the chicken Philly, both loaded with meat and veggies and lotsa cheese! I was really surprised at how good this food was. I ate mine so fast I forgot to get a pic but I got one of half of my wifes...thanks again... delicious!!!

Used to be my favorite place. I don’t shop at the mall and would make a trip just to eat at Charley’s . I hadn’t been able to stop in a while so to my surprise when I ordered and went to get the Charley’s seasoning for my fries there was none and I was told they didn’t have any however they were using it to season the meat. I asked if they would just mind putting some on my friends when they were ready but they said no and then lied and said it was only salt and pepper in the shaker . Well it was not jsut salt and pepper it was orange I could see it when they would season the meat. They amount of fries now they give us 1/4 of what they used to it didn’t even fit the plate. It’s not worth coming here anymore, krueks is better, fresher and much closer.I’d try them if you want a cheese steak . I won’t be back after coming here since they came to the mall when I was a kid!

Worst Charleys I have ever been to. I have eaten at Charleys for over 20 years. As an army wife this was our favorite restaurant no matter where we were stationed. I was so excited to see there was in the Naples Mall. Being the strong relationship between Charleys and the military I asked if they provided a military discount and was treated very disrespectfully and I was responded to in a very negative manner which surprised me. Aside from this the cheesesteak was dry and extremely salty. Needless to say I won't be going back. Don't Judge Charleys on this location, most are amazing, just not this one. Won't be back. :(
