We went to eat last Monday night when we saw a sign for two small subs for $9.99. We ordered the special with an order of fries & a medium. Drink. The manager overcharged us and I asked her why she was doing that. She attempted to get me to order more food, and I said no I want my money back. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she dialed the number. It sounded like she was talking to a family member. calling her love, and other familiar terms. Needless to say, she refused to give my money back I asked her for her name, . She refused that also. She would not refund my money! The restaurant was filthy. The tables had food, bits and particles all over them. The floor had napkins and other debris all over it. Also, she was not wearing a hairnet, which is a violation.

REVIEW of Charleys Philly Steaks, Walmart Collier Blvd., Naples FL Terrible!!!!! Ordered 1 Regular Old School Steak, 1 Original Fries, 1 Large Chicken Philly. First...when we got home and opened the bag there was NO Chicken Philly. The fries were barely warm and soggy, and the Old School Steak, also barley warm and, although tasty, had to be cut up to be eaten because the roll was so soggy it melted into nothing when you tried to pick it up. NO excuse for this, our trip home was only 5 mins. I called the phone # on the web (phone number is in Clearwater FL) no one answered. I left a message about NOT receiving 1 Large Chicken Philly and requested that the cost of the Chicken Philly be refunded to our credit card and also requested a call back. I also reported the sogginess of the Fries and Steak roll. Of course no one called back. I will call again today and try to get some satisfaction. If that doesn't work I will go back the Charleys and voice my complaint in person.

Milanis the manager gave us some of the best service we’ve had at a restaurant. She was professional, helpful and kind. When I asked to change items on my order, she did not hesitate to help. She gave us great recommendations. And she had a smile the whole time. The food was delicious. Thank you and I will be returning again!

The wings were great. Service was ok. Four people I could see working the counter area and none of them spoke or understood English very well! I tried to pick up an order and had no way to tell them I ordered online and who I was. They smiled and stared at me, shaking their heads. I had to point to another order, then pint at my phone. Waiting a whole then someone behind the counter said my name. Smiled and handed me my order. Upon opening the bag, no blue cheese and had to point at the receipt. Then that person had to take to the back and pointed at what I pointed at. I then received my blue cheese. Unsure if I will go through all this again. It's America and I couldn't communicate with someone about something I purchased. Sad! Definitely will not order online again. At least if I'm in the store, I can play charades to get my meal.
