Love this place. They have a separate gluten free menu for my husband who has celiac and it has lots of choices on it. The chicken pot pie is the best ever. This is one of the few places that has a real monte cristo sandwich that is over the top delicious. All this and the prices are reasonable.

Most recent experience was terrible. Had undercooked food, poor service, not getting all basics on table. For example, straws, utensils, and other stuff requested for the meal. Although my food was prepped extremely wrong, the most disappointing thing was how for a moment when there was barely any customers and multiple servers standing around, I had to wait for them to figure out who got our table. In front of me, picking and choosing what server got my table is upsetting. Just sit me down and later figure your internals. Also, sharing tips and discussing how much money who gets what in front of our table while we were eating was disrespectful.

I think the manager’s name was Josh, but due to all the rudeness and improper handling I think his resolution could have been better handled.

Anyways, I rather go to the location in fort myers. Top notch service in the one in Gulf Coast.

The last few times here at this location service hasn’t been the best. Hopefully they can improve this.

Our server, Hailey, was the absolute sweetest. I am on vacation with a friend right how and Hailey made our experience feel like home! Her attentive service and personable attitude were the highlight of our night. Thank you, Hailey!

The food is the best I've had in the area. And the prices are much more reasonable than other popular restaurants. I'm an unpleasant old man and don't usually give compliments. But my experience here was exceptional.

First and last time here, our appetizer was good but that was about it, our server seen to be like she didn’t wanna be there, I heard her complaining to another staff member about all the server, and on top of that our food took forever to come out, even 2 tables that came after us got to their food first, my ribeye came overcooked and the 2 times my server stop by she had a tray full of drinks in her hand and second time full tray of food so I didn’t want to say my food was overcooked, when she finally came empty handed I let her know, and she just told me I wish you had told before (when? When she was running around full handed?) she told the manager and they gave me a discount, mind you I pay for a food I didn’t eat and had to stop somewhere else to get food because I left hungry, first and last time here.

I am a very good traditional cook with a few of my own recipes. This was my first time ordering from Cheddars. For the past year do to heath issues I haven't been able to cook that much but I am very picky. The pot pie reminds me of home very good thr mashed potatoes were made the traditional way loved the clumps. The buffalo wraps could have been spicier but all of the ingredients are fresh and very good. All in all yes a 5 star and those who follow me I do not give 5 stars unless deserved. Oh the rasbery lemonade yes good but order light ice unless you like ice. So enjoy Cheddar's and Cheddar's dont change please 🙏

Wanted to add: the red beans and rice were great. My ex was Brazilian so I know beans and rice they are yummy. Also in my delivery I got wipes just thise little things are nice.

Enjoyable experience, economical, friendly staff. We will be back.
