Amazing menu Chef Justin created last minute for a business dinner at our house.. he catered to everyone’s needs- vegetarian/ no seafood etc. and everything was tasty and presented perfectly! My brother is a Chef so I know the business and Justin is 5 star! Highly recommend and his assistant helped clean up and they left my kitchen immaculate.. reasonably priced too!

Justin and his team did an outstanding job for our Board of Directors dinner. The food was fantastic, but his overall approach to make it an memorable experience for our guests was even better. The team was professional, efficient, friendly and engaging. I would highly recommend Justin for any event like ours.

I hired Chef Justin for an at-home birthday celebration dinner. He was very responsive and easy to work with through booking and menu planning. He was extremely accommodating, on time, was unobtrusive and easy going. Service was great, and food was excellent. Highly recommend him and am looking forward to working with him again.

Justin recently catered a dinner for 8 of our friends from college at our home on Marco Island. I would give the whole experience 10 stars if I could. Everyone raved about the dinner for the rest of the weekend! First of all the food was phenomenal! He came up with a fabulous menu and also helped us pick out wine for each course. The presentation was beautiful and Justin came to the table and explained each course of the dinner. He and is assistant, Gabrielle, were very punctual and personable and they left the kitchen spotless. I will definitely have him cater an event again soon!!

We used Justin for my wife's birthday celebration. Justin was very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. The menu and the quality of food was outstanding! His servers were also super friendly and helpful. All our guests agreed that Justin and his team made for a memorable evening!

Chef Justin prepared an absolutely fabulous dinner with family and friends for my husband’s 70th birthday. We began with passed hors d’oeuves: duck confit, shrimp and avocado, and lamb meatballs with tzatziki- all perfectly presented and bursting with freshness and flavour. Our appetizer course was huge and succulent scallops on a bed of succotash and romesco sauce. We practically licked the plates. The main course was filet of beef with tiny baked potatoes stuffed with beef short rib, and a spinach tart, on parsnip purée. So delicious, and cooked to perfection. Dessert was a champagne sabayon with fresh berries and peaches. Our daughter declared it the best dessert she’d ever had. Chef Justin was charming as he described each dish to the table. He was punctual and professional, left the kitchen spotless. And a word for his server Taylor, who was a pleasure, anticipating our needs gracefully. Our guests were thoroughly pleased and highly complimentary after the meal. And most importantly, my husband said it was a meal and experience he’d treasure always. Thank you Chef Justin and Taylor for that!

We had such a wonderful 100th birthday celebration for my father in law!
Chef Justin curated an amazing raw bar with oysters, clams, and shrimp, and then a fully taco bar with all the accoutrements.
Put group of 30+ loved everything- even some rave reviews of the oyster selection from some very picky Nantucket relatives- not easy!

Everything was EASY, convenient and delicious!

I was planning on throwing my father a 89th birthday party at a beautiful house in downtown Naples. I’m not from the area, so needed help finding a caterer for a party of 20 people (ages 24-89!) Chef Justin was a recommendation through a very good friend in Naples ( the kind of friend you call when you need an excellent referral!) Chef Justin could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. Easy going. He came up with sample menus. His appetizer list alone was incredible and not run of the mill. All handmade nibbles like bite size chicken pot pie empanadas. He came hours before to set up and brought 2 great servers. They immediately set up the bar, buffet station, etc. It was seamless. And the food was perfect. Tenderloin Fresh chimichurri. Chicken Marsala. Sweet potato hash, A salad with burratta and pomegranate, roast squash .. there was much more.
My father was overjoyed. Not only is Chef Justin an incredibly talented chef, but he’s also a decent and caring person who brought joy to my dad on his birthday, and to me as well- I was able to enjoy the party completely! Highly recommend!

Even though I’m not Peruvian, I think his food is excellent.

I hired Chef Justin for a romantic at home couples dinner. He created a delicious and creative 4 course menu that blew us away. He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

We decided to order from Chef Justin for Thanksgiving and it was one of the best decisions I have made. We had the cornbread sausage stuffing, it was the best I ever had. Everything was delicious. Can’t wait to order from him again.
