My husband and I saw them at the Babcock Ranch farmers market and decided to try the Beef Wellington to see what they were about. I made it tonight and was absolutely amazed. The food was so good! I am definitely looking forward to trying many more of the meals they have to offer.

At the Farmer's Market - Got a crabcake, the Dark Belgium Choc Ganache Cake and the White Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding. These were excellent. The Ganache Cake with 70% cacao was not bitter as Chef said - and it was not too sweet. The Banana Bread Pudding was a hit too. Fantastic for those who do not like extreme sweetness in their desserts that overwhelms the flavours. Bravo Chef!

Delish! I picked up food from the farmers market and the crab cakes were out of this world! We ordered more and can’t wait to try the jambalaya. We will be back for more - I highly recommend.

Was at the Sanibel Farmer's Market this morning and bought three crabcakes. What a mistake! I should have bought more. They were exceptionally good.So looking forward to going back next week and getting more. What a great addition to the market.
