This store on Airport Rd. is always packed when I go there. One time I waited 20 minutes for 5 nuggets. And the staff is rude and says “my pleasure” sarcastically. This store should take notes from the Founders Square location or even Coastland.

Drive thru was busy as usual. That wasn't the problem. But when two of the three employees decide to just stand around for 5 mins or so and chat while the drive-thru line gets longer, that's a problem!

We were from out of town for a vacation with the kids and stop by for a quick bite on the way back to Marco Island after a movie. The place was busy but service was quick and the servers were very nice. Joel attendee was making sure customers were comfortable asking for refills and other things. I commend this particular franchisee. I would definitely come back and highly recommended!
