It was late at night and close to store closing for the night but I or you would never know it as the team operated as they were there for hours more. Friendly courteous and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable that I was there it closing

I went one time, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and they gave me a fried and spicy chicken sandwich. I don’t eat spicy. I decided to give it another chance, ordered sprite for drink, and they gave me water or what was left of the sprite machine. I don’t know what’s going on, but this never happened to me TWICE (one week after another) in this chick fil a in particular.

I’ve been to this chic fil a for years and, like any fast food place, they make mistakes sometimes. Usually a missed sandwich here or there. I’d just like to leave a special review for my recent experience, though. I ordered in the drive thru and was on the phone for my pickup. I normally check the bags, but didn’t this time. I got home and my wife noticed (and was none too happy) that all but one of my entrees were not there. I drove back in a very foul mood and when I walked in to ask for a manager, the man who had handed me my food, CJ, immediately recognized me and called me by my name to own up to the mistake he had made. It clearly was eating at him and he did everything he could to make it right. This is the kind of service and customer love that you can’t put a price on.

Always good food, for a fast food place. Staff is always nice and efficient for how busy they are.
Parking: Drive through extremely busy. Parking lot fills up but the strip mall it is on has more parking.
