The grilled chicken sandwich was good and so were the waffle fries. That's all I've ever had from there but I would like to try more items. The problem is the the drive-thru line is always so crowded. I know they do their best with getting orders taken care of with cars on line, best way is to order ahead on your phone. Shorter line.

Ah yes, Chick-fil-A — the holy grail of fast food where customer service is supposed to feel like a hug from grandma. Except this time, grandma ghosted me. 👻👵
I rolled up craving a chicken sandwich so iconic it should have its own Netflix documentary. What I got was a lukewarm bun smooching a dry poultry puck that tasted like it had dreams once... then gave up. 🥴🍞🐔
The fries? Let’s just say they had the texture of an apology — cold, limp, and slightly regretful. 🥶🍟 I could’ve used them to patch drywall.
And the service! Oh the infamous Chick-fil-A hospitality — I was expecting choir music and maybe a light handshake. Instead, I got the emotional warmth of a vending machine. 😐🎶
I asked for extra sauce — they looked at me like I’d requested the keys to the safe. Seriously, I thought I was about to be interrogated by Sauce Security. 🕵️♀️🔥
By the end of it, I sat in my car, chewing on disappointment and wondering what life choices led me here. Existential crisis, table for one?
So yes, if you enjoy dry chicken, emotionally unavailable staff, and the haunting whisper of what could’ve been — this one’s for you. 😬📉🐔💔

Absolutely Horrible Service! Will never go back to this location again. Visited on 7/19/2025 placed order on APP and half my order was missing when I checked in my car on my way to an appointment. I called to inform for my missing order and the manager said she could not refund my missing items and asked if I could go back after leaving the mall! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of they practically STOLE my money since I paid for items that were not provided and I WAS NOT REIMBURSED for the missing items. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! Will not be back! DO BETTER!

My first time there, was not all that. The hype is more than it actually is. Didn't like the food, they don't give you time to look at the menu, specially for a first timer.

Manager Leah went above and beyond! She came and asked if we were okay or if we needed refills. Then without prompting, offered us a complimentary dessert. SHE DESERVES A RAISE! Go Leah, and thank you for providing top notch customer service.

"Michael A." knowingly charged me for a pricier Strawberry "Milkshake," even though I asked him for a base Strawberry "Cone." His greedy reasoning without first informing me was that, since they did not have a Strawberry-flavored Cone, that he might as well charge me for a pricier Milkshake. "Leah" the store manager, laughed it off upon "refunding" my credit card. Neither "Michael A." nor "Leah" showed genuine honesty or apologies. Attention Franchise Owner(s), please correct their dishonesty and poor decision-making.
Parking: Chick-fil-A, do not scam your customers over your over-priced menu.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. Too many disrespectful and annoying high school kids floating around that restaurant, disrupting the food court's atmosphere. Mall management, please curb such poor environment.
