I went through the drive thru a few days ago and had a really good experience. Jaycee and Isabela were the two employees who helped me, and they were both very friendly. Jaycee stood out it was clear she was training and she was able to fix a small issue with the order without any problem. You can tell when someone cares about good service. The food was great as usual.

The staff is a big dissapoiment. So far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They assault me in front of my 7 years old daughter one night just because of their desperation to get out of there. They bullied along with managers and kicked me out with my daughter after I waited 15 minutes for my order to arrive, missing items I ordered. On top of it, when my order arrived, is time for them to close the place. I asked them politely, I ordered to eat here 15 minutes ago and now do i have to eat outside, plus is missing items in my order. They called a violent guy who says he is the manager, that register and kitchen were close and started shouting at me to get out, and he will call police, right in front of my daughter. My daughter didn't want to eat anymore and was crying, thinking they were going to send me jail, which I got up and wait outside for police, to show my daughter I didn't anything wrong. Police arrived and were completely on their side. Now I know why they behave like that. Awful place. I can't wait to talk to owners and never wish to set a foot in there anymore. These minions do not have respect for kids or elders when it is the time for them to flee out of there.

When this location is backed up at the drive thru, beware. You can not get out of line, and no one knows what’s going on. It’s a horrible experience just sitting in your car, in the hot sun, waiting. My advice is to drive on past when there is any kind of line.

Terrible experience all around. Asked for my receipt, didn’t get one. The Chick-fil-A sauces were in my fries which in turn meant I was given less fries, and it’s not sanitary. My drink had liquid all over the lid, which I did not see at first as I was putting things in my car, and it spilled all over my shirt. Like I said terrible experience all around.

please do check your food before you eat them because I almost finish my food and I see mold on the food. It’s disgusting. came back to the store and return it to the manager and they asked me to do the refund but that’s not the point the point is I almost finished the food already and I don’t know If I eat a lot of mold

Absolutely amazing! The dining room is spacious and open. food was amazing and very well prepared. staff was very courteous. Small touches that made it even better were flowers on the table and being offered a hand sanitary wipe and a mint by the dining room attendant who checked tonsee if all was well. Chick-fil-A consistently does things well but they really outdid themselves this time!
