I had a situation where my Chili’s order was stolen by an ubereats delivery driver. My girlfriend called around 11:40pm (not expecting anyone to pick up) but Shawn, the manager, went above and beyond to help us out. He personally informed us of the issue, called Uber Eats on our behalf to get us reimbursement, and kept us updated every step of the way. He didn’t just stop there either, Shawn followed up with us afterward to make sure everything was resolved and that we were taken care of. Me and my girlfriend both work in customer service so his professionalism, communication, and genuine concern really stood out and turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Huge thanks to Shawn for his top tier customer service! We will forever choose this Chilis because of their honesty and sincerity.

We had an issue with our UberEats order where someone else picked up me and my boyfriend’s food, and we were left frustrated and unsure what to do. Thankfully, Shawn at Chili’s stepped in and completely turned the situation around. From the moment we spoke with him, he was calm, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us.

Even though it wasn’t Chili’s fault, Shawn went out of his way to make things right. Kept us updated the whole time, and treated us with kindness and respect. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their job and goes the extra mile like he did.

Thank you, Shawn you turned a bad experience into something good. Chili’s is very lucky to have someone like you on their team!

We had the fajitas for 2. Well prepared and tasty. We thought the service was good and felt well treated. Restaurant was clean. Recommend this location just off I75.

I have came to this restaurant plenty of times but let me tell you something over the past few months.. this place has been declining so bad in service and food that today is the last day that I will come at this location. Why?? because I just seen roaches on top of the bar where I was eating my food and there were flies everywhere, this place needs to be looked at by the health Inspectors. The general manager really needs to look into this place and make it good again as it was before. Unless if you’re starving, try to avoid this place and head over to another Chili’s trust me you will regret it, I will make sure that I make a complaint to Collier health inspection services about this.

I just heard something horrible, my family went here recently and the manager came over at the end of their meal and verbally harassed them, I think an email to CORPORATE should straighten things out, it is also unfortunate that this has to happen I wonder if this BIG manager and you know what you said. Curious if he has others he has personally spoke down to. I'm not pleased to hear what happened, this was totally unacceptable.
