Cookie skillet was not warm as if it was grabbed straight of the fridge and paired with a measly squirt of chocolate sauce. To make it worse, no utensils to even eat it. Not the first time they’ve done this but it is the last. Won’t order from here again.

I ordered a triple dipper to go. When I got home I found a screw under the mozzarella stick. Luckily I saw it and didn’t attempt to eat or bite it. I called the manager and he stated he would only refund me $7 for an order of mozzarella sticks that I didn’t order. I said I want a full refund for this granted it was in a box of my food. He was unwilling to refund me for this complete lack of service. That’s disgusting that I had to tell you what I want and you were unwilling to assist in the least bit.

Huge thank you to Nico at Chili’s for going above and beyond during our visit! Even though the restaurant was short-staffed, Nico kept a positive attitude and took great care of us the entire time. What really stood out was how he made my daughter’s 8th birthday extra special—he brought out a chocolate molten lava cake and sang her happy birthday with a big smile. She was so happy, and it truly meant a lot. Nico’s kindness, energy, and excellent service made our night one to remember. Chili’s is lucky to have someone like him on the team!

I can share my perspective based on my experience. It seems that there may be opportunities for improvement in the service. Our waiter appeared to be either overwhelmed or inexperienced, which may have affected the overall experience. I appreciate the efforts made by both the waitress and the manager; however, there were instances where our requests for assistance were not addressed promptly. In particular, my mother-in-law had to raise her voice to get this one waiter’s attention. Considering this experience, I would advise caution for large parties when dining at this establishment.

Stop by here to pick up a quick bite to eat. We ordered a margarita but it didn't taste very good and way overpriced. Got a couple of Southwest bowls. They were very filling and had great flavor. They have a diverse Tex Mex menu if that's what you're looking for. Our server seem to be overworked as he had too many tables so service was lacking because of that.
I usually visit this place every week today I ordered food from this place, order came wrong and incomplete they still charge me for nothing 60 dollars for the worst food I ever had, cold, non well Presented, awful desert, wasted money … pictures attached I don’t think that it’s close of what it’s marketing ticket, worst food ever

We usually go to chilis in Cape Coral once a week or so and always have a great experience. This location however was so bad it was almost laughable. I feel like I would have gotten more satisfaction out of flushing my money down the toilet.
