What can I say , food was awesome. I had my go to explosion salad and my boyfriend has the fajitas shrimp chicken and beef. The margaritas were delicious . Dillion our waiter always on point very attentive and give the best service , he is always smiling . I always call ahead to make sure he's there.10 stars chili . You're the best Dillion

It’s impossible now the manager said we have to ask for silverware in the online ordering process otherwise they not going to put silverware on it. How? He said corporation I just ordered a soup and salad but no silverware. How am I going to eat? It doesn’t make sense. This is the second time they’ve done this. No more. I will order taco hell instead.

Had a good time with friends here and will be back soon. Would recommend. 2 for 1 drink specials are worth mentioning as well.
The brothers and said that it would be a 10 minute wait the waitress was very nice she came to the table she brought us a drink she took our order but we didn't get our food until almost an hour later I asked for the check very nicely so I can leave. I understand that it was Margarita day.

Et me preface my comments by saying this is a busy place and not my first time dining there. The food was good and came out quickly. The greeters could be a bit more welcoming and less "commercial" with welcoming. Our waitress was nice and helpful. The store was a bit unkempt. That said, not bad.

It has been many years since we went to Chili's saldy it only took this one time to remember why we stopped going. Food bad.....that's all I can say. Service marginal at best. Was In between lunch and dinner so not busy no excuses for the poor food quality or the uncaring service.Sorry I can't give a positive word in any area.

I'm impressed with the food, pay online and pick up. In the value of the food I can't say enough. 5 stars in my book. I got the 3 for me. For me and Daughter We got the hamburger and fries. A big bag of chips and salsa. And Coke, we both got the same thing for $23 total unbelievable. I couldn't even make this at home for $23.00 Thank you, chili's way to go.

Just coming here from Cleveland on our vacation and a stop in before driving to Miami for our cruise. The waitress was nice and took care of our table. The nachos was good especially the mozzarella sticks awesome. We got a burger, wings, MAC & cheese and the sizzling fajitas. The steak fajitas was plentiful and the ricecc CD was good. Food was good and no complaints here. Good spot to go.
Terrible experience, food and overall atmosphere. Came around 9:30pm on a drive back to Tampa, appetizers came after the meal, the appetizers were cold, the servers were half absent, and would like right at us and walk away. Even to pay we had to track them to down just to get out of this rotten experience.

I haven’t had a steak this bad in years. Definitely select quality meat, cooked extremely poorly. Medium was cooked well done. Do not go here. Go to Longhorn for a steak 10x better for similar price. No brainer.
