This is hands down, one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area - but also for me it’s best of all time. My favorite foods here are the fried rice and egg drop soup ? they’re incredibly flavorful and great portions. I work close by, so it’s convenient to me as well. My wife and I tried several Chinese restaurants in the area finally after 5 years we found China Onewe have had delivery and take out 5 times so far it's been consistent If you like Low Mein, Chow Mein, fried rice, fried dumplings and hot and sour soup, it's all excellent!

The last 2 times we ate from there, we got food poisoning. The food is not very well cooked. The service is excellent & the atmosphere is inviting, & laid back. We always ordered General Tso's Chicken with chicken fried rice. The chicken inside the rice looks like it's been boiled instead of fried & the Tso's Chicken is hard & has a weird slimy texture. Then it's covered by a huge amount of orange "stuff", that's not spicy at all.

Stopped here for the first time over lunch! I was a little hesitant based on other reviews but I had an excellent experience!! The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the speed was super quick! We tried the general taos lunch special and the cashew chicken lunch special. Both came with rice and an egg roll. VERY reasonably priced.I have had such a hard time finding a good Chinese spot in Naples, and I’m so excited to say this is my new go-to! Certainly try it out if you’re in the area!!

We got egg foo young combo. Paid a 3.50 upcharge for lo mein. Didn't realize lo mein was gonna be plain. Order of chicken wings (6). The wings did not resemble a wing, they looked like a ball of fried batter, and were dry. dry. We were told to call and they would make it right.

We stopped here for a quick and economical lunch on the way to the nearby Rev's Institute. Located in the River Reach Plaza, China One ended up exceeding my expectations. There are a few tables out front and a few more inside. The restaurant was impeccably clean which gave me high hopes for lunch. You order at the counter and you can grab drinks out of the cooler. They bring the food out to you when it is ready. We were going out to eat for dinner later so we didn't want a heavy lunch. We ended up splitting a combination order of chicken and broccoli and added on an extra eggroll. I am glad we decided to share because the portion we were given was huge. We were presented with a mound of fried rice and a large amount of tender chicken and crisp vegetables in a flavorful sauce. It was more than enough for two hungry people. The menu includes all of the appetizer, soup, entrees, combination plates, noodles and rice, chef specials. and sides you would expect to find at a quick service Chinese restaurant. Our lunch was hot, tasty, and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a good Chinese take out meal in this area of Naples, I highly recommend China One.
Very small place. Mostly working guys that are in filthy work clothes eat here. Not very pleasant looking place. Its a odd location crammed between other stores. Strip like location.Nothing great here. Prices are up.

My overall experience is actually a 3 and a half star. I ordered boneless ribs dinner combo and the rice choices are steamed white rice or fried rice. I’ve been so used to choosing pork fried rice on combo meals that I was shocked that it was literally just fried rice. And if you want pork fried rice instead, it’s not a fifty cent charge or a dollar charge….it’s a $4 dollar upgrade charge.The boneless ribs were really good. And the food was really hot…just like I like it.Again, I enjoyed it but my expectations wasn’t met as far as the rice option.

When ordering via the website, Grubhub is their delivery method. My 1st (and only) order was left outside, on the ground for 45 minutes before I saw it. Granted, I received a refund, but twice now orders were delivered to me by mistake and both times left outside on the ground. China One did respond to me by email, but took no responsibility, placing all blame on Grubhub. Obviously no changes have been made to this disgusting, unsanitary practice. If they are not willing to handle this issue, nothing will change because as just a customer, my complaint obviously did nothing.
