I eat chipotle a few times a week. This is the worst chipotle Everytime. The staff is rude and lazy. Horrible customer service

Very unfriendly and impatient. When I asked a recommendation about what to put in the taco they said they didn’t know. They rushed us, told us to pay and do the whole line again because they didn’t want to serve my 9 year old who was the last to order, they said we were too slow. They left him hungry and crying. We were 6 people to order and majority were French who didn’t speak English so I had to help them translate that is why we didn’t order in 1 second flash as they wanted. One of the ladies laughed at us because they didn’t understand. Very rude and Bad customer service.

Just went to eat here and it’s absolutely disgusting and dirty. The employees are just on their phone while the whole store is just dirty, covered in food and spilled drinks.

Solid Chipotle location. Guac wasn't brown, food was not cold. Arrived around 730/745 on a Friday for a quick family bite. I at a riceless chicken bowl, my family had adult tacos and a burrito. They agree chips, guac, and queso.
I agree with the other comment(s) about dirty tables. While I don't expect sit down restaurant service, clean places to eat seem like a reasonable expectation.

Food was very tasty, however that afternoon I felt nauseous. I felt fine the next day, until I had some leftovers then felt ill again. So my guess is that something wasn't right with my lunch. Will not go back.

My wife and I love Chipotle and we eat here very often. The staff here is rather lazy when I comes to putting out fresh rice and lemonade etc etc. there have been times when we have come in over an hour prior to closing and they have told us they were out of certain things and when we asked them to prep more they just said no and look at us stupid. My entire family including myself are in the restaurant business and I feel like this place is very subpar. It needs to be addressed. Also all of your employees appear to be too busy and hold themselves at a terrible standard. I have never been in this location and seen a clean table. We do love your food and just wish it was a little nicer.

I should have listened to my wife when she said she doesn’t like this location and not to eat here!
First thing the chicken was almost gone, I asked if they had fresh chicken (I could see 3 containers next to the cooking station ready to go out), the young lady looked back and said no. I could see the chicken was dry and needed to be rotated as it was almost gone.
I just bit my tongue and ordered chicken anyways, the young lady put this small measly scoop of chicken in the bowl. I asked for a little bit more, the lady said you want double, I replied if that’s what you call it then yeah.
After my wife and I ordered and were paying, we then noticed they then put out new fresh chicken!!
The people who work at this location need more proper training and MANAGEMENT/ corporate to reevaluate this location’s operations to be up to the standard for customers and consumers.
The location we normally go to we are treated with respect as consumers who care about what we put in our bodies.
In the end I wear dentures and the chicken was tough, I could not eat it and it did not taste like other locations (I always order the same thing). It went in trash.

Service seemed confused and did not make bowl correctly yet charged for extras (noticed after cash out) Had to ask to stir the meat and food did not look fresh. Been here a bunch and its been going slightly down. Idc about service that much- just want fresh ingredients to meal.

We are biased because Chipotle is my grandson’s favorite place to eat. The food is fresh and you get to choose what to include. There is a wide variety of options and you get to build your own meal.

When I got home I found my order was wrong. There is no way to talk to anyone about this. No option on web site either. Both my burritos were spicy-hot. I did not order any salsa or anything else that should have been hot. I called to see what the problem was, but it is impossible to talk to anyone to find out. I did a charge back on my credit card and got my money back. Charge backs cost them time and money - maybe they will have customer service is they get enough credit card charge backs.
