Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service seemed confused and did not make bowl correctly yet charged for extras (noticed after cash out) Had to ask to stir the meat and food did not look fresh. Been here a bunch and its been going slightly down. Idc about service that much- just want fresh ingredients to meal.

We are biased because Chipotle is my grandson’s favorite place to eat. The food is fresh and you get to choose what to include. There is a wide variety of options and you get to build your own meal.

When I got home I found my order was wrong. There is no way to talk to anyone about this. No option on web site either. Both my burritos were spicy-hot. I did not order any salsa or anything else that should have been hot. I called to see what the problem was, but it is impossible to talk to anyone to find out. I did a charge back on my credit card and got my money back. Charge backs cost them time and money - maybe they will have customer service is they get enough credit card charge backs.

So I 2 days ago I ordered thru uber eats some food from here , the order was 50/50 because one of the bowl was perfect but the other was so messed up so I try to call but it’s way impossible because of the recording machine that doesn’t let you speak with a real person , anyways I decided to come to the store 2 days after because I couldn’t come before and speak to a manager which turn my experience to something different and way better, he solved all my inconveniences as it should be , all the time was nice , and at the ends made customers happy , ( he’s name is Oscar )

Forgot to use this free Guac on my family typical weekly order! Asked after to use coupon and get additional. Was told can not due!!! We are not complainers but customer service is dead!

I placed order on app for store 20 minutes away- the store I went to was 5 minutes away. They refused to give me a refund. I paid at store and paid again for food I picked up. I won’t be going back to chipotle. I will be disputing on my CC. What are they doing? Terrible experience.

opened late, didn’t have all items available, and drinks were watered down, kinda disappointing

This is BY FAR, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This place needs to be looked into by upper management. I hadn’t been here since the hurricane 2022, that experience was bad. I live in lely, so I’m right next door too. This employees working the line, especially the gay Cuban guy or whatever he is, is INCREDIBLY RUDE. Right in front of the Cuban manager guy who does nothing about his employees. As I sat down I heard another employee tell him he was rude, so it wasn’t just me. That’s it for me, 2 strikes and I’m done with this nasty place.

I used to go here a lot before, I don’t know if management made them start giving out half portions but this was ridiculous. It wasn’t even just the meat. It was everything. They would scoop a half serving then dump out half of that to give me a fourth serving. I paid almost 20 dollars for the most underwhelming experience.

Food is always good. Employees do a great job. This particular Chipotle is always full of people, regardless the hour.
