The gentle man wearing glasses was beyond rude trying to rush me, my sister and kids to order food was completely rude just pushing her aside instead of just being patient he didn’t even want to listen to me when I said I wanted chicken and steak not double like he act he didn’t care at all just the service was very unexceptionable with this gentleman the other coworkers were very kind and sweet

Service was quick late almost closing time.Station was a little messy and the restaurant was close to closing at around 9:10pm .

Expect new regime type portions. If, like me, you are accustomed to ordering double rice or double protein, you will be disappointed. So many Chipotles these days clearly reduced portion size, and you can see them take big scoops and try to secretly shake it off before putting it in your bowl. This is one of them. So I ended up saying if that's double make triple.

Guacamole was so old it was almost black and order was made incorrectly. Any time I order here is an issue 9/10 , won’t come back such a waste

I've been getting the same thing for years and it still tastes the same as when I first got it, yummy, place was neat and clean, employees that are patient and kind that will wait for you to make up your mind. the lemonade they have tastes funny not bad well kinda just the after taste, tastes like an orange or banana or maybe the two at the end, I am a proud lemonade enjoyer so this kinda sucks but is not that bad, just for the after taste I give a 7/10 pretty hard to mess up lemonade. Also I don't know if its just me but the mobile app doesn't work and place orders for me, costing me a precious 8 minutes.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options and employees will remove their gloves for you and put new ones on like if your gluten allergy is very severe.

Adam Vargas, general manager is doing a poor job he should be fired. They underserve you portions on purpose and have zero appropriate customer service. The person serving my chipotle bowl was moving too fast and put the wrong protein on my bowl. He remade it without even asking, I would’ve been fine with a different protein. Then with the remade bowl he put a half portion of chicken, when I pointed this out every single worker chose to back this up when I know in reality this was a half portion. I paid extra to get the same amount but don’t eat here. Seriously, do better Adam Vargas and get some on the job training.

They’re cheap with the meat, even if you pay for an extra scoop… it’s pathetic. $22 dish to go… for that price i can get a full mixed fajitas at the local family owned joint, with twice the portion of meat, and i’m not eating out of cardboard with a plastic fork. I won’t return.

The portions are always small, very unfriendly staff and WE FOUND A NAIL IN OUR MEAL!!! A totally disaster, never ordering there anymore..

Portions here are pretty shameful

This is our favorite location. Always clean, always tasty, the staff is great. Previously had some issues with cross contamination but they have really done the work to train their staff and they do a great job. We are regular visitors!

If you are looking to get the tiniest portions of meat this is your place. They will skimp you.

Staff are always lazy and on their phones every time I walk in when there's not a line. Always ask for limes and they always say they don't have them, I will be going to corporate about this.

Actually, the bowl I had was probably a 4.5 stars- substantial amount and tasty. Atmosphere is a little industrial kitchen type but not bad. Will return.

There was no line and all employees was sitting on the phone, I called them 3 times and finally he looked at me, asked to refill berry drink because I’m purchasing drink only for that flavor. Cashier said they cannot refill it anymore. Stepped back to choose something else but the other ones are not good for me. Asked for the refund on the drink and he said we will refill it, lol. Good job chipotle, Keep it that way 😂👍🏻
