I’ve been to this Chipotle multiple times over the past year, hoping it would improve, but it just keeps going downhill. The restaurant is consistently dirty; food scattered on the floor, tables with dried, caked-on messes, and a general feeling that it simply isn’t being cleaned between customers. It’s uncomfortable to sit and eat when the dining area looks neglected.
The food quality has slipped as well. The flavors are pretty mediocre now, and the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk compared to what they used to be. For the price, it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.
I don’t know why I kept giving this location more chances, but yesterday was probably my last visit unless they make a real effort to clean the restaurant and improve both food quality and portion sizes. Disappointing overall.

The General manager threw a hissy fit twice now when I asked to have the cheese in a certain order on the food I am purchasing. The GM felt the need to become combative with me as the customer on both occasions. This last occasion the GM started throwing the toppings at the burrito while throwing his fit in front of his employees, and a restaurant full of customers. This is a horrible representation of an establishment and personal character. Disappointing election of a General Manager.

By far the worst experience at a Chipotle, the place is nasty, food all over over the floor. One staff member running the entire food line working her butt off trying to keep up while the other standing at the counter obsessed with her phone. Line to the door. Another standing at the register just waiting for customers while there is so much cleaning that needs to be done. Will not come back to this location

Very skinny on the actual meat was more like a rice burrito
We’ve been loyal customers here for years and have always enjoyed the food. However, during our recent visit, we requested just a small amount of cilantro to be served with our bowl. The lady at the front flatly said no. We explained that we’ve received it before and that it’s something they clearly have in the kitchen, but she still refused. It was a simple request, and the way it was handled felt dismissive and unappreciative of returning customers. Unfortunately, after this experience, we’ll probably be looking elsewhere going forward.

The worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. Employees did speak English but didn’t want to help unless you spoke Spanish to them. You could tell the difference in quality of service given to those who spoke Spanish and those who spoke English. They acted like getting any type of topping in the bowls I ordered was a major inconvenience. I’d rather starve than give these people my money again. Go somewhere else, plenty of other businesses in this area who are very friendly and offer great service.

I am so disappointed. I was so excited to get my chipotle I’ve been craving it all week but when I ordered it. My payment went thought yet my order never was received or delivered. And when I tried to call they just hung up.
