Probably the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The staff seemed unhappy, rude and were not helpful. I asked them if it was possible to close both the doors which were wide open and they said no even though it was cold because of the cold front. The place was a mess with food all over the floor and the staff just seemed to be gathered in a crowd chatting. Furthermore, the food here tastes different to other chipotles and not good at all.

I tried it with rice and chicken, it was normal. It can only be eaten to fill your stomach. The environment is not hygienic. And the staff does not speak English.

Honestly a horrible place can’t even do anything right. I come in after a 12 hour shift of work only wanting a chicken burrito while there is 30-40 minutes left to close and i am being told we have no chicken i’m tired of the laziness in these workplaces what are you supposed to do be rude and walk out no so i angrily payed after being told they have no chicken and threw the meal out on the way out of the door. Biggest waste of money thank you for ruining one of many days by being incorrect will be sure to not come back.

Customer service is horrible!! If you’re gonna talk bad about a customer in Spanish you should probably make sure they don’t speak Spanish. Came to chipotle to get a simple burrito bowl with chicken. Not closed there like no chicken not making more ok so I tell the people behind me to go ahead while I figure out the new order. The lady looked at me like I’m just ruining her evening. Won’t go back to this one again. If your un happy with your job do something else but if your a customer facing job you should be respectful and pleasant.

The Service here is horrible DO NOT GO HERE! I will be in contact with a manager I have been going here for several weeks and I was getting a kids meal for my daughter, I did not have an issue besides it being dirty but They didn’t charge me for anything extra the whole time but then the last time I went one of the workers gave the cashier look because I got lettuce and cheese and sour cream on the side and then they charge me $12 when it kids meal was supposed to be 6$! It’s one thing as sides cost extra but they weren’t charging me for any sides the whole time and it’s just because they got annoyed about it That’s when they decide to charge me extra and they didn’t even tell me so I looked and I was like no, this is insane The Workers there are horrible, but I guess what am I expecting from chipotle to be honest nothing less. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME HERE !!!!!!!! THE WORST CHIPOTLE IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting service and staff, I was getting my usual bowl order for which I said you will NOT charge me extra for chicken and they did, my friend got a very similar bowl for 10$, these guys tried to make me pay 23$ for a bowl that usually cost 15$! Unbelievable, and after all of this, instead of being professional and nice, this super rude thing that goes by the name Ricardo took my bowl and chucked it from 3 feet away, he barely made it in the trashcan and for that reason the trash flipped over. Made me extremely angry, and was super disappointed by the treatment by a few of the staff, specifically this tough guy Ricardo. Very embarrassing too, as there were a few people looking at what this guy did. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional, I am hoping something gets done for this case. Once again, if I could I would give 0 stars just because of this guy.

Not my favorite Chipotle experience. We moved far north so I haven't had Chipotle in years and was really excited to go. When we arrived there wasn't a line but 1 quickly formed behind us. I was trying to get clarification on what the kids meal was and there was a language barrier. Employees quickly became very annoyed and rude about my questions. Not my fault they didn't speak English. I tried very hard to understand but they were unkind and made the whole ordering experience so unpleasant that my husband refused to even attempt to order. I get that most people go here frequently or are bilingual so it's probably out of the ordinary that an only English speaking person would pause and have several questions about the menu. But there was no need to be so rude about it. Totally ruined the experience, would not go back. Bathrooms were also very dirty.
