The manager could care less how long the line was. And they were understaffed not once did the manager bother to jump in to help the 2 people on the line making food. Bad management. The 2 young people holding down the line and cashing out were great.

3 pieces of steak in each of my tacos. Got it on delivery app. Giant rip off to pay extra and they jip me on food. Steak was dry and old, and I ordered an hour before close. Weird amounts of other ingredients on them. Just make more food instead of serving measly amounts to the customers in the last hour. $20 total for mushy shells and sour cream/corn/rice. What a joke.

They never have dressing for salads. It should be noted when placing online orders. It's very frustrating to get to the restaurant only to find out there is no salad dressing. It's a complete waste of my time! BTW, didn't the CEO state his disappointment with the amount of protein given to customers and demanded an increase? Apparently his words fell by the wayside.

Avoid this location at all costs. It's not worth it. Both times I have gone have been horrible experiences. First time I went and the workers were so rude the guy was rolling his eyes everytime I would say what I want next. Slammed the bowl down and sighed like I was bothering him by making my order. Portions were awful small. Ok I decided to give it another chance maybe the guy was having a bad day. It was even worse. The lady's were laughing at me and my sister while taking our order and obviously talking trash in Spanish. They scoop a half a scoop and then shake it so you get about 7 peices of chicken and just a dash of any other toppings you want. And the guacamole you pay extra for they will purposely add the smallest amount and then laugh about it with their coworkers. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off and laughed at for no reason at all just trying to eat some lunch.

From cold food, to sloppy wraps and preparations, and the absolute dirtiest dining room ever. I had to get wet towels from the bathroom just to wipe down tables for myself and other diners next to me. I like to write good reviews, but when I have to clean a spot myself… something is wrong here.
