Avoid this location at all costs. It's not worth it. Both times I have gone have been horrible experiences. First time I went and the workers were so rude the guy was rolling his eyes everytime I would say what I want next. Slammed the bowl down and sighed like I was bothering him by making my order. Portions were awful small. Ok I decided to give it another chance maybe the guy was having a bad day. It was even worse. The lady's were laughing at me and my sister while taking our order and obviously talking trash in Spanish. They scoop a half a scoop and then shake it so you get about 7 peices of chicken and just a dash of any other toppings you want. And the guacamole you pay extra for they will purposely add the smallest amount and then laugh about it with their coworkers. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off and laughed at for no reason at all just trying to eat some lunch.

From cold food, to sloppy wraps and preparations, and the absolute dirtiest dining room ever. I had to get wet towels from the bathroom just to wipe down tables for myself and other diners next to me. I like to write good reviews, but when I have to clean a spot myself… something is wrong here.

I ordered offline, and I can say I am very disappointed, HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered 2 bowls and chips with guacamole, both of my bowls had at least 8 ingredients or “add ons” that I ordered for me to enjoy, picked up my order, was excited just for me to be let down. 3 or 2 add ons left in my bowls chicken, & rice was all I see. MIND YOU I paid extra for queso and extra chicken. terrible will not be going to this location ever again, no utensils was left in the bag no napkins no nothing.

I’ve never left a review for anything before, because it isn't worth my time. Hopefully, I can save you your time and your money. This Chipotle is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. The first thing I noticed were the overflowing trash cans. No one greeted me as I walked up to the bar. I stood there for at least five minutes before an employee finally decided to do their job. There was no one else in line. Lucky for the store’s profits, I’m patient and was very hungry. Unsurprisingly, they were all impersonal and clearly didn’t understand the meaning of good customer service. I was given smaller portions than I usually receive at Chipotle. I can only assume that they were doing it intentionally, because I heard chuckling coming from the other employees. I don’t want to sound like a victim here, but I’m a white guy and everyone working at the time was hispanic and black. Don’t jump to any conclusions. I’ve never been more offended and disgusted. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

None of my order was right. Infact it was the exact opposite. Yes I double checked my order. The name was right on my tag, just the order was awful. Ordered rice, barbacoa, steak, corn, no lettuce, no beans, tomato salsa. Got the opposite. I got chicken, no rice, lots of lettuce, lots of beans, no corn, no salsa, no corn. It could have not been more wrong. Have received plenty of of wrong orders in the past here and complained online and nothing happens

Terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude. The line cook making my order wasn't paying attention at all and kept messing up my bowl. Instead of correcting working with the employee to fix his mistakes The manager who says his name is Uriel was rude and stared my kids and I down the entire time we ate. When I called him out for it he said that I was the one creating a disturbance. Classic narcissistic behavior. Definitely does not need to be front of line.

Vegetarian options: Would not order from there.the veggies were not there the bowl was a mess,very sloopy I wish I would have take a picture. It looked like a 5 year old put it together.what a shame. The bag was wet and the bowl fell right thrown. Overall terrible place.
