Spring rolls appetizer was delicious... and sea bass was even better...totally off the charts good...will be back
We brought a couple that has never been here and they absolutely love it! We are very happy
Not like it used to be....the service was exceptionally disappointing and the food was very average at best. It will be awhile until we return.
We had the flavors on 5th menu. $49. Appetizers were the big bacon and Caesar salad then peppercorn crusted beef wagyu for both of us, medium rare...then key lie pie for dessert. All was well worth the money and it was our first time there.
Had a great table in the corner, our server Jackie was pleasant and on top of things, 7 oz filet was delicious and cooked right
Angela was outstanding! Everything was very good and we all enjoyed it. Was nice being in a booth in the back with a big party. A lot more private.
We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary. Erica was our amazing server. We were greeted with a nice anniversary card along with two glasses of champagne. For the first time we ordered the Pan seared black Grouper as one of the entrees - the best ever - the flavor was outstanding. A perfect meal all the way around.
The food and table service was amazing, which helped digest the high prices of the food and drink.
Wonderful dinner is an old-fashioned style steakhouse. Dark wood decor with cozy seating and impeccable service. Enjoyed the 3-course price-fixed menu of Asian spring rolls, filet mignon with peppercorn sauce and tiramisu. Nice wine list to accompany the delicious food and fun conversation (yes, it was quiet enough to have a conversation!). Will go back!!
Special Anniversary Dinner. I chose Chops because they USUALLY have Piano Music playing during dinner. I DO UNDERSTAND that in the /summer months, there is not a LIVE PERSON playing..( YES, they do play live on Fridays, and Saturday evenings) Our Anniversary happened to be on a MONDAY. I called the restaurant and the Lady says YES, PIANO music, BUT it will be the player piano, not a live person. I am used to that, so MY expectation was for the Music to create a pleasant and romantic mood. !!! Our reservation was at 7:00pm, My Husband and I arrived about 10 minutes early, and WAS promptly greeted and seated. Perfect !! The restaurant server greeted us with HAPPY ANNIVERSARY.. AND a Complimentary Glass of Champagne. NICE.. We sat in the main "upfront" dining room area, close to the Bar. We had a cocktail, then ordered dinner and a bottle of wine. I turned to My Husband, and said "HUMM, I wonder where is the Piano Music ?".. The Server brought the salads, and I asked about the Piano Music . He stated that " he didn't even notice , it wasn't playing ". He DID GO ASK, and Wa -La, The player piano was turned on, for ABOUT 30 MINUTES. ENOUGH SAID. Mood never there, dinner so- so, probably due to my frustration. THE WINE WAS SPECTACULAR. THE ONLY GAVING GRACE. Well, NOT SUCH THE LOVELY EVENING I HAD IN MIND. ENOUGH SAID. NOTHING SPECIAL AND ROMANTIC ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT FOR YOUR ANNIVERSARY, PIANO ..YOU CAN SEE IT, BUT HEARING IT.. AS DIFFERENT STORY, UUUGGHHHH..............CINDY MC

Very nice dinner experience. Food and service was excellent. The summer menu was a nice surprise. Paulina was server extraordinaire
Had a great time visiting chops steakhouse in Naples. Our server Chase was very attentive, helpful and professional overall. Would recommend this place to any out-of-towners. The summer special is a great deal!
Sushi was delicious, generously sized. Tomahawk is pricy but worth it. Love the live piano music.
Chops has long been a go to for special occasions in our family, and I was genuinely looking forward to continuing that tradition. Unfortunately, this visit fell short in several key areas that left me deeply disappointed.
To begin, our server Chase, while polite, presented with an appearance that felt unprofessional— his tie and dress shirt was stained, untucked, and overall he did not reflect the polished image we’ve come to expect from your staff.
We had informed both our hostess and server that we were celebrating a birthday, but to our surprise, there was no acknowledgement whatsoever. No celebratory gesture, no dessert offering, not even a simple “happy birthday.” That was one of the most disheartening parts of the evening.
As for the meal, both my husband and I ordered steaks—mine a filet mignon cooked medium rare, and his a porterhouse cooked medium. Unfortunately, both arrived severely overcooked and well done, making them nearly inedible. Additionally, we specifically requested no cheese on our city salad, but it arrived with both blue cheese crumbles and dressing, which felt like a disregard for our request.
In the past, under previous ownership and leadership in the kitchen, this level of service and food quality would have been unheard of. It pains me to say that this experience has made me question continuing the tradition of dining at Chops for special occasions. I sent an email directly to avoid leaving such a bad review and have yet to hear back.
We enjoyed the summer special sitting at the back counter watching Tomas and the others cook. Always a favorite!
