Our party of 6 had a fabulous experience at Chops Grill. The food, from the appetizers to the dessert, was fantastic. The price special of $48.95 for a 2 course meal was perfect. There was not one complaint from any of us. We will certainly be back when we are in Naples again.

Overall Chops city Grill is very good, food quality, service and ambiance. Pricing and noise level are areas of opportunity. I had the filet special and my wife had the pork chop. Both very good would definitely recommend the filet with a baked potato and horseradish sauce. Pork chop was good but a bit too much fat. Caesar salad very good and the egg roll appetizers were good. We had glasses of wine each and I had the Naples blondie which was excellent. The wine was very good but pricey and when the tip added way over priced. Bottles were 30% off but she likes white and I like reds. Overall we will go back but for special occasions too pricey for general dinner out.

Bartender was very nice and professional at the bar before dinner. Waitress for dinner Erica was fabulous, friendly and explained the menu items. Only concern was serving the egg roll appetizer with ketchup, never heard of that. Overall a good experience.

I hadn't been to Chops in many years and this visit was a delight. I had the strip steak special, which was prepared perfectly (Pittsburgh style)! Our waitress was knowledgeable about the wine list, and the 30% off a bottle was a pleasant excuse to try something new. Wonderful experience, I left the restaurant with the impression that the staff really cared about their patrons. I'll be back soon.

Food and service were excellent. This was my first time sitting in front of the kitchen. It's a tiny bit noisier and warmer there but not uncomfortably so and totally worth it. I enjoyed watching the hubbub of the kitchen very much. What a wonderful restaurant this is. I've never had a less than perfect meal or service here. The food is just top notch.

My husband and I reflected this morning that Chops may be our new favorite restaurant! Everything about the evening was wonderful. Our bartender Marcie is a real professional. Such a nice experience. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our server was efficient and attentive and all of the other patrons seemed to obviously enjoying themselves as well. The piano player was an absolute bonus.

Food was very good we had appetizers pork ribs and spring rolls ,entree's were filet and rib roast . Key lime pie for dessert ,everything was excellent. Justin cabernet went well with these meals. Atmosphere was really nice and the waiter James was very attentive and checked back at the good intervals. We will dine here again .

Chops and Naples used to be the restaurant that I recommended more than anywhere else in the city. The food was always excellent. The cocktails were exquisite, and the service was unmatched. We celebrated every holiday and special occasion here for years. I fear that when the management company was bought, the quality would suffer. We gave it many times, and it’s just not what it was. Sure, the menu appears to be the same, but so many corners have been cut that it’s an unrecognizable shell of what it once was. The same is true for their sister restaurant, Pazzo. It’s overpriced and inedible. I hope that if we all make them aware that what I would imagine they thought would go unnoticed, they can save the brand before we go back into a season. I feel badly most of all for the amazing staff that clearly have cared so much about their jobs and offering world-class service. This is addressed to management. Go back to the quality and recipes that made Chops the best, and your tables will be packed once again.
Update: I reached out on 7/31/25 and still have not heard back from the restaurant.

The restaurant and food were both excellent. There was someone playing the piano which I loved.
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience as in the past 5 years. Our server Beeny was great as always, but our steak ( one very rare- supposed to be medium +) potato and veggies came out cold. The manager Denise( not the amazing tall gentleman who cares about customer satisfaction) was not happy to remake or heat our food. When my husband mentioned the glass of wine she recommended she was curt and rude. She made a comment about how she re made our dinners and had to eat the loss. Needless to say it made our favorite 5th Ave. steakhouse not a good experience. P and T
