First time we ever had a weak server - she was in a big rush and it wasn't even busy. Everything time we tried to tell her something it seemed like she ran away. Forgot our appetizers - maybe just a bad night for her. Again first time ever

Unfortunately...We chose one steak restaurant for our time in Naples and this was it! Julie was our server...she announced she was there for several years...so our service should have been great...it wasn't. I literally sat looking at her speaking with the next table over that wasn't even her's! After minutes...she came over. Our appetizers were suggested by our server as great choices...the Big Bacon...Fatty and overdone...Wagyu & Shrimp Roll..terrible...cold and mushy fried coating on the shrimp....really awful. My wife's NY strip was good, cooked to order...and my short rib, the house special...was just okay. Dessert was not even ordered. Disappointing.

Menu consists of "high-end" steaks at even higher prices. That would be okay were it not for leaving with high blood pressure from the high amount of SALT used to cook these steaks. I was unable to finish.

Chops does not disappoint. Ericka, our server, was attentive as well as fun! Kendra, the Manager was also great. She checked on patrons and interacted with each table. The best!!!!

So I have to preface this by saying I can't go to Naples without enjoying a stop at Chops. I've never had such great consistent food time and time again and I always look forward to having a special meal when I am in town. There is no other restaurant that I would prefer to go given the choice. You did a great job again with the food and a wonderful waitress. Thanks.

Our party of 6 had a fabulous experience at Chops Grill. The food, from the appetizers to the dessert, was fantastic. The price special of $48.95 for a 2 course meal was perfect. There was not one complaint from any of us. We will certainly be back when we are in Naples again.

Overall Chops city Grill is very good, food quality, service and ambiance. Pricing and noise level are areas of opportunity. I had the filet special and my wife had the pork chop. Both very good would definitely recommend the filet with a baked potato and horseradish sauce. Pork chop was good but a bit too much fat. Caesar salad very good and the egg roll appetizers were good. We had glasses of wine each and I had the Naples blondie which was excellent. The wine was very good but pricey and when the tip added way over priced. Bottles were 30% off but she likes white and I like reds. Overall we will go back but for special occasions too pricey for general dinner out.
