Chops City Grill is a great restaurant. Whether you like steak, pork, chicken, fish or seafood you will be very pleased with your choice! Staff are fun and friendly. Atmosphere is warm and lovely! Highly recommend!
Delicious food Jeff did a great job keeping up with us and making sure we always had what we needed! Thank you for a great night!
Absolutely awful. Ordered the black grouper with mushroom risotto. The grouper came out frozen. Had to cut with a steak knife. Totally undercooked! They took it back and retried. Came back again with the ends ok but the middle again cold! Gave up. Manager took $50 off the bill which was less than the cost of the entree. Not apologetic at all. Horrible experience at a supposed 5 star restaurant.
We had great service with Alex. Beautiful night to sit outside. I wish they had better sauce options for fish dishes.
An excellent meal and service, always one of my favorite restaurants when visiting Naples, but please bring back the sourdough bread!
Wonderful restaurant with top chef and staff. The steak was delicious and happy birthday played by a pianist was a sweet touch.
We sat at the bar and Anthony took care of us. He was fantastic!! Can't wait to come back again!!
Another great experience. Thank you Julie for taking such wonderful care of us! The cocktails, salads and steaks were perfection
Dining at Chops felt like a familiar Naples experience: premium pricing for what’s positioned as a five-star night out, but service and execution that didn’t quite live up to that promise.
The service was clearly still in training. Our server was brand new and, unfortunately, not ready to be on the floor solo, which showed throughout the evening. The food itself was decent but felt rushed and mass-produced rather than thoughtfully prepared — more three-star execution than the elevated experience the pricing suggests.
To be fair, management was friendly, visible, and attentive, making table visits and checking in, which was appreciated. The atmosphere is excellent, and the location right on 5th Avenue is hard to beat.
There’s a solid foundation here, but for the price point, the overall experience needs refinement — particularly in service readiness and kitchen execution — to truly justify its reputation

We dined at Chop City Grill while visiting the area and had an excellent meal. The ribeye and NY strip were cooked to perfection at medium rare. They were the best cut and quality of meat we have had in a very long time. The drinks were great and the service above par. We chose onion rings as a side and probably would not get those again and try something else as a side. We saw some other great looking sides come out to other tables. We highly recommend this establishment and would come back again.

Limited wine by glass list, Roasted chicken neither crisp nor juicy, root vegetables overcooked. Initial seating would have been virtually in the kitchen next to where servers pick up food.
I had a birthday and they remembered and put a signed card on the table and gave me a wonderful dessert.
First time we ever had a weak server - she was in a big rush and it wasn't even busy. Everything time we tried to tell her something it seemed like she ran away. Forgot our appetizers - maybe just a bad night for her. Again first time ever
Unfortunately...We chose one steak restaurant for our time in Naples and this was it! Julie was our server...she announced she was there for several years...so our service should have been great...it wasn't. I literally sat looking at her speaking with the next table over that wasn't even her's! After minutes...she came over. Our appetizers were suggested by our server as great choices...the Big Bacon...Fatty and overdone...Wagyu & Shrimp Roll..terrible...cold and mushy fried coating on the shrimp....really awful. My wife's NY strip was good, cooked to order...and my short rib, the house special...was just okay. Dessert was not even ordered. Disappointing.
