Alright, where do I even begin with Chuck E. Cheese? I took my kid there for a birthday party, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor by being there. Trying to get someone to help with the games was like pulling teeth – nobody seemed to know what was going on or even cared.
Honestly, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. The games might keep the kids entertained for a bit, but the terrible service will ruin the whole experience. It's overpriced, understaffed, and just plain unpleasant. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Ordered a medium pizza kids ate half, also had 2 full drinks on the table left to play with the kids came back it was thrown away by a employee doing table rounds cleaning 😞 I was offered a personal pizza plus the drinks! lesson learned I guess

Clean place, friendly staff, we didn’t try any of the food. My kids enjoyed an hour of engaging play time and arcade. Good for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. I like that this Chuck E. Cheese has the jump zone and indoor playground. Not all of them have it.

The games are entertaining, the pizza is tasty, and the atmosphere is super kid-friendly. Everything feels clean and safe, and the staff is great with children. My kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave. Definitely a go-to spot for fun and memories!
My son had a terrible experience today with an employee named Andy at this location. Another mom stepped in and said he has treated her daughters with bad attitude. A person like this shouldn’t be working around kids.

So the girls were amazing and I have no complaints about food or cleanliness. My bad rating stems from an alarming encounter I had while using the restroom. I heard a male attendant knock on the door and I announced I was in the restroom, he proceeded to enter the rest room and “check stall” when he saw I was visibly upset another male attendant outside the door who seemed to be keeping watch said, “you shouldn’t go in if she’s there”. WHAT! There are kids here! Small kids, my small kids! Why would he enter a female restroom if I already announced I was there? What if it had been a child?! I told the supervisor and I saw the two male attendants still goofing around doing nothing except “watching kids” I left!

Christine and woonzy have the best customer service I bugged Christine plenty of times due to my kids always wanting something and she helped out with a smile each time… please let them know I appreciate the patience and kindness they have shown
