My kids love this places, but everything is an extra. We came for a birthday party and the trampoline wasn’t included. We had to pay $8 extra just for access to jump on tiny trampolines.

The food and games were very fun. It was a little noisy because of all the other kids playing games so us adults we're having a little bit of trouble hearing other people talking but that is to be expected when kids are having fun.
My kids love it here. Usually very clean and friendly. Price is a little spendy but what isn't these days?

I would rate my experience at a 2.5. We booked a party and they were running 15 minutes late (after we inquired where we sit) just saying someone would be over and leaving us to stand around in the middle of the place apologizing to all of our guests for the wait. Finally we just walked over to our table without ever even meeting our host, finally someone did come over with the kids cards then they went to play. It was all good they called the kids when the pizza came and the ice cream but then when we got the bill they up-charged $20 (no not tax) and refused to take it off the bill. I think to have hidden fees when you book a package for the party is sneaky and an unethical business tactic to nickel and dime a parent trying to celebrate and spoil their child on their special day.

Absolutely LOVE this location!!! The staff is great, food is great. My kids always have a blast. I bought the summer pass for 2 months unlimited and it has been well worth the money. Definitely recommend!
