I'm here 10 minutes after the store is supposed to be open and the lights are off and I don't see anyone inside.

Tasty ice cream, variety of flavors, generous portions, fast corteous service

This store is incredibly disrespectful for the last two nights we’ve been ordering through their Uber eats app around nine and they’ve been canceling our orders, but the store hasn’t been closed. Now I ordered at 3:30. I received my order and it was missing items.

This is one wonderful, kick ass ice cream parlor it’s in Naples the dudes that work here are awesome and very gracious and hospitable !!

The workers were fast and new exactly what to do. The ice cream was amazing I got the Chocolate Devotion.

The guys are super great I always go after work and get the same ice cream and guys Treat me so well and tonight i want it some but I thought they were close and the let me in to get my ice cream I appreciate that so much

I have always enjoyed Coldstone, but this location is the best I have been to. In particular, I was helped by a new employee, Chloe. Despite being new, she seemed to be very capable and provided an exceptional customer experience. The location is clean, well managed, and has great employees. Thank you a great experience.
