I went here on vacation with my kids and Jessie was exceptional!! Very sweet, pleasant and helpful. He introduce me to putting cake in my ice cream and I must say 10/10 lol. Cold stones should be grateful to have such an amazing worker.

It's unfortunate that on more than one occasion I have sat at the apparently functional DriveThru and been ignored. I was even seen my employees through the open back door. An employee even parked a bike at the window making it impossible to pull up in person. If the drive through is not running. Perhaps there should be signage. The lack of sinage tells me that the closed drive thru is probably not known to the GM/Owner or the corporate offices.
