Food & service were 100% on point. Server was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. I have multiple food allergies along with celiac disease which makes eating out tricky leaving me with few places to eat at due to risks. They did everything to accommodate me even the manager (who is also wonderful by the way) came out and assured me that they will do everything to make sure there’s no risk of cross contamination. Did I mention the food was AMAZING?! Even the gluten free bread in the beginning was the best. I had to ask twice to make sure it wasn’t gluten because it tasted SO scrumptious. Best experience overall glad to know there’s another restaurant in town that I can consider safe for my allergies when going out with family/friends.
We Love this place. We visit every time we are in Naples!

We had an amazing meal and an outstanding server (Crystal) in Naples!! We’ll be back!!!
Love the food and wine club!
We’ve had the pleasure of knowing Elaine for many years, and it’s always a joy to see her in action. She consistently brings a level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness that truly sets the tone for a great dining experience.
Over the years, Elaine has remained a constant example of what great hospitality should look like—prompt, personable, and always genuinely invested in both the staff and the guests. Whether it’s a casual visit or a special occasion, we always feel well taken care of thanks to Elaine’s attention to detail and ability to make everyone feel welcome.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and consistent in this industry. Elaine is a true asset to the restaurant and a big reason we keep coming back.
Great food, excellent service!
Not sure if it was because it was a busy Saturday night but this was the worst experience I have had at this location. The first hostess in the bar area did not even acknowledge me when I called her three times with the third yelling before she would notice. The wait for the table wasn’t bad, but when we were seated, it was about 10 minutes before anyone came over. Andres attended us. Our food orders were a burger, a salad and chicken piccata dish. Almost an hour to get our food and after we received it, you can taste and tell our dishes had been sitting out at the warming area for a while. The avocado in my salad was brown and the chicken was cold. Andres took forever to check on us and we had to ask another server to get him for us to pay. Definitely would think twice about coming back.
Delicious!
Everything we ordered was delicious.
We accidentally left some birthday cards on the table with money in them and they called us immediately and left them in the safe until we picked them up.
The meal was delicious and the specials were exceptional. Our waiter Ben was wonderful. Great food, wine and service.

I always order the Drunken Shrimp to start the evening off. My wife ordered a wine that they were out of, so she tried the Barrel Reserve(?) She liked that. Our dinner was the Vodka Gnocchi, and I had the Jambalaya. Both had great flavor. I want to state that we were here for Easter, and the service was slow, and the food was average. After leaving a disappointing review, Cooper's Hawk contacted me and stood behind their company and sent me 2 complimentary dinners with one wine with each meal coupons. Those meals were today, and the service and the food were much better. Austin and Parrish did a great job. I salute Cooper's Hawk for their dedication to the customer, which these days is hard to find. Thank you
Had lunch with my lady friends! All of us were having a great time and when the food got there, fabulous! Two ladies had food allergies in which the manager personally addressed and confirmed! Making us feel secure! Good customer service!👌
Can't say enough about the food and service. We strongly urge you to join the wine club. Extreme value.
Arrived early for our reservations but were immediately seated. Being members of the wine club we debated between two wines and was provided samples so we could select the one we wanted with our meals. The men ordered the braised short ribs and where very pleased with both variations ( one was with risotto and the other red wine). Ladies had the lettuce wraps ( still some of the best around) and the Life Balance salmon. Only down side was that instead of being seated in the dining area, we were seated in the bar which was noisier than the dining area usually is and even though the blinds were down, the sun required putting on sun glasses to block it. Uncomfortable for that person. Coopers Hawk never disappoints on good food, wine and service, but this time the table set for our reservations fell short, so not quite as enjoyable as usual.
We actually reside in Ft Myers near that location, but have been regulars/members at the Naples location since it opened several years back. Because we have had poor experiences with Ft Myers we opted to head to Naples for a Sunday late afternoon meal. We normally have excellent experiences at the Naples location with the exception of yesterdays visit. Our server was waiting on a larger table and apparently had little help. We watched 3 other tables seated after us, get servers taking orders before anyone addressed us at all. Finally Joe came to our table and apologized for the wait. By no means is this meant to be a negative review of Joe. What bothered us was the actions (and some inaction) of the Manager on Duty Steve. When we asked if a fried could be added to a burger, Steve came to our table with an unfriendly posture and advised that they could NOT accommodate my request. I jokingly said, that egg prices were coming down I thought. No laugh, no smile, just said there was nothing he could do and walked away. I asked my server if they had eggs and he said yes and that they were served earlier in the day as well. Another issue I noticed that was out of character was the lack of teamwork clearing used plates that were piling up. We even put them at the edge of the table in a stack to get someone's attention. I saw Steve look at the plates 3 separate times and do nothing. I watched a blonde server walk by the table well over 10 times and look down with no effort to grab the plates on the way to the kitchen. Finally, Joseph stopped over after dealing with his large group and removed the plates. We had a discussion about lack of teamwork and he apologized. Overall, this was OUT OF CHARACTER for this location. Not sure if it's a management issue and/or a communication issue. I took the time to offer this critique in order to assist the establishment with genuine feedback that may help them improve their service. We all want them to succeed in the end. Thank you
