Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Naples

Trying to get our magnums was impossible. The helper at front was busy and told us to pick them up at the tasting bar. Literally took 10 minutes for them to come to us and ask what we needed. SLOW. Then we went to our table. Waiter was a doll, so nice but so SLOW. We've noticed that food for the last few times has not been as tasty. Very bland. As members we're feeling this Coopershawk has been underwhelming. We're going on your cruise tomorrow. We'll see how Coopershawk treats us.

With our membership we go every month for our wine tasting and dinner on occasion we'll visit a couple times in a month. Joe at the wine bar is always fantastic and we always ask for Carol to be our server. She's great!! Food is very consistent, we have a Coopers closer to our house but we prefer to drive to the Naples location because of the service from Joe and Carol.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we picked the right place. Jane our waitress was phenomenal, the Cooper's cab wine 🍷 on point, and the appetizers perfect portion to share for party of 2. We will definitely go back

This is the 2nd poor experience in a row with Coopers Hawk. First was in Fort Myers and now Naples location. It took over an hour and a half to finally get our order. I ordered the Trio of Filets with veggies and Betty's potatoes. Everything was cold, especially the potatoes which were literally borderline out of the freezer. My wife got the chicken sandwich from the lunch menu and the chicken was bloody. The manager apologized and said he'd comp everything and offered desert which we kindly declined. The waiter brought the bill over and we were still being charged for the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately we won't be returning to experience the third strike.

The menu has some spectacular choices, including a broad selection for children. Each meal was prepared well with rich flavors and nice presentation. Their wine selection is vast, however there seems to be little distinction between the different varietals.

The main lovby was very dusty even in merchandise and windows were in need of cleaning. Hostess stand very messy We are use to clean, bright and welcoming Cooper's Hawks in Lake Zurick and Arlington Heights, IL

Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. Answered all our questions very informative of the wine of the month. Very enjoyable experience

I have been a customer here for many years. Service, food and staff are always outstanding.

The food at Cooper's Hawk was great—as it always is. As well, their wines are very good, and they have a great variety. Unfortunately, the service was a bit off, and our food delivery was very slow. That having been said, still a great night, and we love it there.

Enjoyed our night out as always. Good food, good wine, great service - thank you Kevin!!! One of our favorites in Naples.

Service was definitely not as good as we've had the many other times we've been there. Food was just okay. The grouper with pistachio crust was oily and not crispy on top

Great food, wonderful waitstaff. Plenty of room, great wine display and very helpful and patient with new wine drinkers.

As ALWAYS, everything was PHANTASTIC!! Our server, Marcus was AWESOME!!! and of course, our food was, as always PERFECT. ALL of the RISOTTO dishes are cooked to PERFECTION!!! MUST TRY, SHRIMP AND SCALLOP RISOTTO and the BRAISED SHORT RIB RISOTTO!!!

Our waiter, Kevin was outstanding! He was attentive, informative and pleasant. It was a pleasure to have him as our waiter. So much better than our previous experiences over the past several years.
