I often frequent Coopers Hawk. I have been a member for years. Last evening’s experience was very disappointing. Our waiter, Peyton got our drink order wrong. And it took a long time to get the drinks…restaurant half full. Brought the soup out early after he was told to bring it with the rest of the meals. He explained why he brought it out early…because that’s the way he always does it. He brought the wrong entree to one guest. My grouper was undercooked and cool . The asparagus was limp and dried out. Wine refills were very slow. Had to ask twice.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday and our 10-year anniversary at Cooper's Hawk in Naples, and it was unforgettable. Mary, our waitress, was wonderfully attentive, making perfect recommendations and ensuring our evening was seamless. Matt, the manager, added a personal touch by visiting our table to share stories and arrange a surprise dessert, which made us feel truly special.The food was phenomenal, with each dish showcasing the chef’s skill and creativity. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Thanks to Mary’s exceptional service and Matt's thoughtful gestures, our celebration was not just a meal, but a cherished memory. Kudos to the entire team at Cooper's Hawk!

Always extremely crowded and very loud, which is what keeps me from enjoying a meal by dining in. The wine is great and food is as well, but I tend to get food to go due to the ridiculously loud volume (regardless of where you sit) and the crowd.

Another great evening at Cooper's Hawk. Paul at the wine bar was awesome. Make sure you have time before your dinner reservation to stop at the huge wine bar. Try a few glasses before dinner to see what you like. Dinner always great with friendly service. I ordered the chicken rigatoni but asked for blackened chicken with it and it was excellent. Great mix.

It feels like a nursing home for upper middle class botox and botched plastic surgery boomers. And the food was matching to them, so there’s that. They poured heavy tasters tho.

Me and my family have celebrated many special occasions here and have even stopped by for a quick bite at lunchtime. The service, and the food, NEVER disappoints. My usual dinner choice is the braised short ribs - simply to die for. Recently I came in for lunch and had the gnocchi with butternut squash... It might be my new favorite!

Our bartender Courtney was so knowledgeable on the menu and recommended the chicken risotto (friend instead of roasted) SO good. Matthew who helped us carry a box of wine to our car was so helpful and kind. 10/10 for every aspect. Food, service, everything.

We waited a few minutes to be seated and then were told by the hostess that they had run out of corned beef and cabbage. Really? At 5:30? Very poor planning on their part, especially since they had advertised the dinner and the price point in advance.

The manager was very nice and tried to make our situation better but our experience over all was horrible.We had a reservation which was VERY delayed because a party had not left the table. The manager comped two appetizers and samples. This was very nice. She really tried.Then our food took forever. Two of the people at our table didn’t get their food! The manager comped those and we took them to leave.The food we did get was very good and the manager and our waiter were great but the night was really a hot mess.
We ordered what we thought was a typical appetizer one might find anywhere, we were stunned with what I can only call a spectacularly flavorful plate of Sweet, Hot & Sour Calamari that stunned my wife and me (not too hot, sweet or sour). The cup of Lobster, Shrimp and Seafood Bisque I ordered as a starter came and it left me speechless. My main course, Gnocchi had a pillowy texture that melted in my mouth, unfortunately due to my previous courses I was unable to completely devour it without more time, much more time. Whatever you decide as a main course there is a wine especially paired with it from their vast assortment. Be prepared for a feast of Pretzel Bread, appetizers, wine, and main courses and be sure to plan for repeat visits to complete your experience!
