Perfect setting to enjoy libations, rock solid food in a location that just makes you smile! The staff is very good, the service spot on. Open to the public making a dining event special for all you take advantage. We will be back, sooner than later.

A friendly group of people run our community restaurant overlooking the Tennis Courts. Nice outdoor tables provide a relaxing setting during the Season. Excellent seafood options on the menu, and a large bar area with sports on several TV’s. Live music is weekly and makes for fun Sunday nights.

Susan and Brad run an excellent restaurant with great food, service and many evenings of fantastic live music. If you’re lucky you’ll get to meet some of my faves, Gabby, Terry, Bryce, Barry and more! (Sorry if I forgot anyone…they’re all great.)
It’s just a fun place to hang out. See you there….if you’re cool. ?

I don’t think I have ever been at a place with the fewest number of staff trying to serve the greatest number of people and for this terrible service they add a 20% gratuity.
This place should be out of business but the great location they have been given is saving them— hopefully they don’t fiu.

As long-time Pelican Marsh residents we were so excited at the idea of having a casual place to eat/drink inside the community. However, after about 10-15 dinners, a lot of money spent, and many conversations with fellow residents, the consensus among all of us in a nutshell is that Courtside’s food is just average at best, the service is usually poor, female hostess is usually rude (If you’re under the age of 50 expect to be treated like a second class citizen), and the atmosphere is nice.

A great, super convenient eatery within Pelican Marsh. Great ambiance and friendly staff and owner. I think they’ve hit their stride to provide tasty options for both food and drink. Fun Entertainment often provided as well. My wife also really appreciate the gluten free bread/bun options. A nice walk or bike ride from home makes it really nice.
