Great experience! Donna was patient and helpful. She never missed a beat in kindness and service. The food was very good too! Everyone throughout was polite and helpful from the host to the cashier.

Just did a pickup order. Got Chicken and dumpling, a couple of pieces of chicken but they had the vein in them, which is gross. Got mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. The potatoes were hard as a rock, not edible. Threw them away with the mac* cheese which seemed to be old. My husband got chicken fried steak and that is the only thing he orders. Said it was OK. We do not live close by so no way I could take it back.,

My waiter was fantastic. His name is Sebastian. Attentive , respectful, friendly. I didn’t once have to ask for anything next time you guys go there ask for Sebastian.

Food is as basic as possible and low quality. The shop makes the whole experience decent but the food is, well, you get what you pay for.

Unlike most Cracker Barrels, this one had exceptionally poor service and smaller portions. The waitress was not the usual friendly person - and after bringing out food, she never returned. We had to ask another waiter to bring us coffee and condiments. The food portions were much smaller than usual - see photo. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day.

Good tasting common h I'll me made feeling foods with up to 3 sides. Choices of meats, poultry and some fish. Great value. Simple atmosphere. Cut out the same, same menu everywhere, regardless of the state. Good option when driving. It feels less of a fast food joint.
