About a month ago I shared an experience at a cracker barrel that was new to us. It wasn't a pleasant experience. But, cracker barrel offered a solution. We went to our local cracker barrel and it was fabulous. The waitress was exceptional, the food was fabulous. We had the shrimp and steak, which was great and the chicken tenders. Both were fresh and hot and fast. We enjoyed everything. Thanks to cracker barrel!! We'll be back for sure.

It's always a delight to go to Cracker Barrel, everything is delicious and wonderful, but this time I was served by a lady named Monica, she was VERY HELPFUL, attentive, polite and best of all, in a good mood...
I ordered my traditional pancakes, delicious...
And some shrimp too...
Everything was piping hot, made to order and super fast.

I loved it... I'm sure I'll be back again.

I had their new steak and shrimp dinner. Was really delicious. It had some kind of Louis Louisiana Southern style gravy on it. It was a brand new item.

Fried chicken or roast beef are very good. The sides are not sure always hot.

I guess I’m use to other restaurants offering me a second drink which usually is free after the first one. I didn’t see anything in the menu and I was never told that the second drink is NOT on the house. That kind of put Cracker Barrel on the do not go to restaurants for me.

I always enjoy the food. Most of the time we enjoy the waitresses too :) I am not happy that a plain baked potato was an upcharge of over $2 when a loaded baked potato is the same upcharge. We should have been told that when ordering.
