Love, love, love Cracklin' Jacks! Where everyone is treated like family! The food is always great and we love the salad bar. Sit inside or sit outside under the huge chickee. Check the calendar for entertainment - there's always something fun going on. This place is a whole vibe - family, fun, kids welcome, great food, amazing service.

Service outside tonight was awful. Unless you’re a regular—or a piece of cake—you got no attention. My friend and I initially sat at a table managed to order drinks and an appetizer, then were ignored for almost an hour. During that time, our server walked around hugging people, eating cake, and completely ignoring our table. We finally moved to the bar so we could order dinner and the server actually had the audacity to make a comment about wishing people would “stay still and not move around.” A regular even came over to ask if we moved just to get better service. The atmosphere is cool and the bartender is great, but the server gets two thumbs down.

Atmosphere is cool. Food was less than mediocre. We didn’t finish any dishes. Salty greasy tasteless. And my daughter was sick all night after the frog legs. Doubt she will eat those again.
