Love, love, love Cracklin' Jacks! Where everyone is treated like family! The food is always great and we love the salad bar. Sit inside or sit outside under the huge chickee. Check the calendar for entertainment - there's always something fun going on. This place is a whole vibe - family, fun, kids welcome, great food, amazing service.
Service outside tonight was awful. Unless you’re a regular—or a piece of cake—you got no attention. My friend and I initially sat at a table managed to order drinks and an appetizer, then were ignored for almost an hour. During that time, our server walked around hugging people, eating cake, and completely ignoring our table. The staff is so wonderful like Family over here. The food is so delicious too! I would definitely come back again. They have good Karoke night on Thursday night from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
