Everything I hoped it would be and more. The world is crazy right now, but these cookies are perfect for disassociating from the realities of daily life with a sweet treat! 100% worth the investment, I’m a pastry chef by trade, and love these.

I went here for the first time, and loved it I would have given it more than 5 stars if I could! The workers were so nice and helped give suggestions! They were the sweetest! And the cookies and dirty sodas were so good! I got the cran slam drink, delicious! And I got a cookie butter cheesecake cookie which was so good! Will definitely be coming back! And I recommend y'all to go! Also there is plenty of seating outside and gluten free options for cookies! Hope this helps!!

Crave Cookies has hands down the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever tried! It’s my absolute favorite place to order cookies. They’re always fresh and so delicious every time. The customer service is also top-notch. They even called me once after my visit to let me know I’d forgotten something in the store. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Stopped here by kinda accident. We were greates by a friendly face and a smile. The girl at the counter help us as it was our first time here. Her recommendations were spot on. I'd give this location 10 stars if I could.

The cookies are good, but the online ordering system is greatly flawed. Currently, I’m looking at the site to online order and all the flavors except one are showing out of stock already when the store just opened a couple hours ago and the new flavors just dropped for the week. There’s been times where they show in stock and I’ll order it and pay online and when I get to the store, they tell me they’re out of stock of the one I paid for. Online ordering is very convenient for many people especially if you don’t live close by, but the site is never updated properly so it definitely deters me from going here. I’ve brought it to their attention before, but seems like it still hasn’t been fixed.

The cookies are fresh and delicious, the fun soda options are really cool and yummy! The place is very clean and staff was friendly.

We thought we'd try this place tonight and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. First off, they were really small for a $4.49 cookie and the cookies themselves were very floury and the icing had a butter like texture (we had the cupcake cookie). We'll stick with Crumbl...there is no comparison.

Been here before and the cookies were good. But this time both were raw in the middle. The Dubai Chocolate - the pistachio filling was very bitter and tasted more like matcha powder sauce and had an odd burnt flavor. The hot honey was ok, but raw in the middle and the corn flakes on top are stale. Parent Trap - friend liked the flavors but it too was undercooked. Very disappointing. The service was friendly and the young people were working very hard. Will try it again.
