This place is really good. Refrigerators are stocked with prepped fresh food. This restaurant is very clean and just a great place to be. The best part is once you eat your super healthy lunch/dinner, you can without guilt eat their VEGAN marshmallow crispy treat…yes…it is vegan. ❤️

Went in for dinner around 730 pm tasted good until I got home my friends all said the same thing nauseous. I realize end of. Day but keep it fresh we got served crap sitting out all day not good never ever going back

We have eaten here twice already this week! It’s been consistently good.
Get ready...to be ignored. First time and will be the last time. No one greets you in. No one offers assistance. No one paid any attention to us while we waited for 10 minutes to order something at the counter.
Every time I walk into this location, I am always made to wait a long time before I can place my order. This is a lunch place right? I went in to get my favorite salad , it was a ghost town, and the girl behind the counter proceeded to slowly pace around and take pics on an iPad I’m sure for inventory purposes but I would think the customer would be priority. Not long after that did a few more people come in behind me and now we were all waiting. I waited probably 5 whole minutes, which is an eternity when you already know what you want to order. It was just bizarre and I feel this way every time I come here, poor training, poor service and slow as can be. Mind you the place was completely dead and no sense of urgency to tend to the customer. This location needs to prioritize service immediately especially when I can go get an overpriced salad right across the street. It’s the middle of season here and the place is dead. That tells you everything you need to know. Service needs to reflect the prices.

While waiting in line one person was helping customers while the other was filling on line orders!! I would think people in the restaurant would take priority to on line orders. When it was my turn the lady behind me in line placed an online order and she ended up getting her order before me! Needless to say I waited 20 minutes to get my food!! There were only 7 people ahead of me! I love your food but not your policy!
Response to owner - I don't want a free salad, I want to be valued as a customer. Your culture doesn't present that. This is training starting with the store manager and changing expectations. This is not a quick, cheap or easy fix. For you to offer me a salad would illicit the same response I gave today.
I was in line for several minutes. 3 employees that I could see. 1 was helping a customer and the other 2 were too busy to help me at 145pm in the afternoon. I was not acknowledged at all but was looked at. I ended up leaving without ordering and have no intention to return. I can get a salad at Publix for a quarter of the price and feel valued. Terrible culture you have here. Your customer service is what drives sales, hence why I will not be returning. No one cares I was there andore importantly no one cared I left.

the food is great here but I find the employees to be in a rush, dismissive of the customer, and served with attitude when you make modifications to what is supposed to be a custom salad.
when the 2nd girl started mixing the salad I asked if she had only made it with the listed items I had requested and she told me yes. She must have known I was going to ask to have it made again if it was wrong so instead she lied to me so I could figure it out after I got home to be told the order was wrong, which brings me here with my frustrations.
Make sure you watch every move they make because they are going to do what they want and then lie to you if you question them.

My husband and I went to visit the store on the evening of Friday December 27th. Our experience was a mix of disappointing and disorienting.
There is no sense of urgency amongst the employees. They seemed disinterested in their jobs. There were constant mistakes while making the orders which required them to re-make the food several times and then still got it wrong. The vibes were uncomfortable because there was tension in the air because there was no communication from the employees to the customers, or between the employees themselves. Customers were forming a very long line and were getting out of it because it was taking so long. Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time to the point where I seriously don’t understand how this place works.
2 stars because the interior is immaculately clean and the food is good. The soap in the bathroom is also extremely nice.
