Crisp and Green

Got a salad, it had a super sharp bone of some sort. Brought it in to show an employee, she took it and threw it in the trash. Then ignored me, then she asked me if I was bleeding. I said yes, she said do I need water to wash it down! I said whatever then left. Poor service and be careful, be they don’t care!

Came in for lunch and was very happy. The food was fresh and delicious. Polite staff, reasonable prices and a very clean restaurant. Will definitely be back.

I went here last night to give it a try because my sister told me when she went they made really good salads and I will honest in a non disrespectful way or rude way for me being diabetic I just wasn’t a fan of my salad but I do appreciate the effort that the nice woman made for me I just didn’t personally like my salad but I appreciate the strong effort regardless good job either way. 🙂

This is the second time I’ve placed a takeout order here and did not receive what I paid for. On my first order, I purchased two grain bowls and a smoothie, but the bowls did not include the chicken I paid for (the main protein). I called the restaurant, but since I was already back at work and couldn’t return, I asked for a refund. To this day, I still haven’t received it.

Today, I gave the restaurant another chance and ordered a grain bowl with avocado as an add-on (charged $1.45) but it came without avocado. I also ordered a smoothie with a substitution to replace pea protein with almond butter due to an allergy. Because I couldn’t trust that the substitution was made correctly, I threw it away.

To make matters worse, when I came in to pick up my order, the employee at the counter ignored me, even though she greeted another customer who walked in after me.

It’s a shame, because the food itself is good and the location is convenient, but repeated mistakes, poor customer service, and unfulfilled refunds make it a waste of time and money.

It was actually my first time there, meeting an associate. I was quite pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind and professional and the food was really good, though I try and eat healthy, I admit I'm not quite used to that level of healthy however, I am going back, without question.
I absolutely suggest you try it. Very clean and good.

We’ve enjoyed Crisp & Green before, but today was a letdown. We came in to use the $5 app coupon; after several attempts, staff told us it wouldn’t work. We then politely asked if they could at least remove one paid extra. We were assured they would “as a courtesy,” but after paying we saw on the receipt that nothing had been comped. We were told one thing at the counter, and the opposite was done on the bill.

Mistakes happen, but transparency matters. Please honor promotions—or explain clearly why not—and ensure any goodwill adjustments actually appear on the receipt. We left disappointed.

Dylan, John, Christian, and Junior are the best and give the best service and are very polite! Always pleasant and accommodating! Their food is amazing and so is the service. It’s a must try food spot and you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place, yes sometimes there is a wait but i usually order ahead and by the time i arrive my order is ready. I’m addicted to the custom bowl i always get and crave it often. Their bowls taste fresh and are healthy. It can get pricey but in my opinion it is always worth it!
