We have enjoyed dining at, Culinary Concepts' Pazzo Ristorante on 5th Ave. for many years. The food was always of high quality and the prices were fair. Lately, however, the converse is true. In March, I ordered my favorite dish, Tuna Puttanesca, as I have for a few years and it came with the lowest quality Tuna, full of grizzle or veins. Nowhere else have I been served such garbage!
