Sorry my 1st post went without comet ? but this will do for both - me and my wife! When they started it was excellent, service was good , never mistakes.....5 years ago! Now - our last 4 orders was wrong or not the same? they are do not pust sauerkraut on Ruben sandwich anymore ( tried that one 3 times in the past year ?!!! )and today they didn't even game me my Chicken sandwich - it's all came as burgers?? make thing if I want to get back.....?

I recently went to Culver's to get ice cream and I thought I would share my experience. When I arrived they admittedly asked if I was ready to order. Which is nice but at the same time it is to soon, I didn't have enough time to look at the menus. The ordering system is honestly on of the best I've experience, the number system is smart and easy for everyone. Also the workers are very kind but there was a lot of conversations that shouldn't be a on the clock conversations and there was just a bunch of standing around while listening to the conversation. But moving onto the ice cream it was great! Other than there being more ice cream on the cup than inside of it. Do wish I got a picture of it but I couldn't even pick up my phone due to the amount of ice cream on it. Other than those few thing I would say my experience was great. I would 100% recommend going!

the food us, great, the service so good, and very fast! The quality of the place also was great. workers were cleaning all the time and so kind. the packaging also nice, the only problem that I saw is that the many isn't visual enough and have a lot of words. But everything pretty good! Recommended

I rated Culvers a 5 star restaurant for a couple reasons. First of all the food is really good, comes out quick and warm. Second, they made sure I had what I needed before I started eating, asking if theres anything they can get me. Another one is that the restaurant is nice and clean. Its modern, has a drive through, and has cool accessories around the inside. I almost rated them a 4 star because there is very few times they take a little longer to come out with he food but I work at a fast food restaurant and sometimes things happen out of no where that backtrack the foods timing. The time when I saw them at their busiest was after high school games. Soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, all of them go straight to the restaurant when the game is over.

Amazing place,plus those girls working there they are amazing ?
We were craving a hamburger so stopped at Culver's on our way home. It's usually really good, but tonight, my husband got a double deluxe, and I got a single deluxe to go. When we got home, mine was dumped upside down and not even in the wrapped at the bottom of the bag with his box on top of it. Also, it was extremely greasy. Such a let down. Our concrete are in the freezer for later so at least we have those to enjoy.

We usually go to the Culvers in Bonita Springs. Ended up at this one on Immokalee today. The burgers were very dry and overcooked. Very disappointing.
