Nice Culver’s in the town of Naples, Florida. The food wasn’t as good as it was at different locations, but it was still all right. I especially love when the Culvers have the town name in entrance it’s very nice when you’re visiting from out of town!

My issue is that every single time I order a burger from here whether it’s in the restaurant, at the drive thru, or online IT IS NEVER MADE CORRECTLY. How. There is always something missing. Ketchup, bacon, lettuce, you get the deal. But it’s always something. Why? I understand that this store is constantly busy and I would give them a pass if it were a one time deal, but anytime I go I can’t get a burger made the way I ordered? Why bother returning? Obviously the employees are overwhelmed and don’t care enough about how the orders come out. It gives me the sense of just a mad rush and sloppy business. Oh well womp womp I’ll take my chances and money elsewhere screw it.

I used to love getting the kids cheeseburger deluxe meal. The burgers used to taste so good. I have been to two different locations recently and have been disappointed both times. I don’t know if they have changed their Patty, but it is not enjoyable like it used to be. I am disappointed as it used to be my favorite fast food.

First timer here. Ordered bacon deluxe, fries, onion rings and chili. Everything was good. It’s what you would get off a fast food chain. The service was a bit strange there were a few workers but most looked like they were gossiping, laughing at customers or don’t know what to do or what they’re doing. Overall would try again but at another location with better service.

I love culvers but this location can never get it right. I asked for ranch at the window this evening and the young kid told me it would be in the bag and it wasn’t. No problem I went inside and grabbed it. Then when I got home I realized my burger that was supposed to have no mayo on it had mayonnaise after I told them I can’t have it. The last time I went I waited parked for my food for 20 minutes before the girl comes out apologizing because they “forgot about me” and gave me melted concrete mixers. Never going back.

Our first trip to Culver’s and it was delicious!!! The custard is thick and creamy and a must get when you go - so many options to add! My son had a kids meal, butter burger and my hubby got a single butter burger and I got the new spicy chicken sandwich - everything made fresh to order and the service was friendly and helpful! We will be coming back’
