The food is good but I would rather be able to order thru the intercom rather than by a person standing next to my car. I have social anxiety sometimes and choose self check out and drive thrus when I'm feeling that way.

This was our 2nd time visiting a Culver's. The food here is delicious. There are so many food options and a long list of ice cream flavors. The young lady who brought our meal to our table was nice, always smiling. This is another restaurant that I wish we had in the Western New York area. I'd love to visit again.

Counter staff act dumb, make you repeat yourself. I think it's a childich game being played. Favorite spot for a fast burger, but have to weigh out if I want to be annoyed to eat it.
