Best Chicken ever. I don't know how they make this chicken taste so good!!

D'PERU is a local, family-owned restaurant serving magnificent and delicious Peruvian cuisine. The owner and employees are warm, friendly, and welcoming, treating customers as if they are family. The operation is efficient and fast casual.
The charcoal cooked chicken, also called pollo alla brasa, is a standout dish. It is perfectly seasoned, roasted perfectly with a perfect dosage of cumin, and is super tender, moist, and full of flavor with crispy skin. Other recommended items include the tender and juicy Lomo Saltado and Pollo Saltado, the incredible ceviche with classic citrusy Peruvian flavor that melts in your mouth, and the Causa de Pollo. Sides are great, with light and crispy French fries, crispy fried yucca, chaufa fried rice, and traditional drinks. Servings are generous. The food is a bargain for the price, delivering a solid and proper Peruvian experience in a refreshing and great atmosphere.
