Took my dad here for a late night treat. Only to be told the coupons we got in our mailer they do not accept. We live a mile away. Why send coupons if you’re not gonna even honor them. If Dairy Queen was affordable like it used to be we would not need coupons in the first place. Bait & Switch? Kinda like there $5.00 box

The Batman (Batman)

Dairy Queen is the perfect spot for a quick bite, offering a range of options from burgers to ice cream. The food quality is decent, and the staff is very friendly. While the prices are slightly higher than other fast-food establishments, the cozy, intimate setting with both indoor and outdoor seating makes it a pleasant dining experience. Parking is readily available, though the small store could benefit from a thorough cleaning to enhance the overall ambiance.

Came in for lunch and blizzard's.. service was fast and polite. Got our food quickly and came out piping hot.. Hamburger with onion rings was good but 6piece chicken tender meal was even better.. it's a bit narrow in here but plenty spacious if sitting down inside..if any complaints it's that it's pretty expensive.. lunch with a small size blizzard each was ( even with my online act" coupon ) over $40bucks not family friendly, not budget conscious either..its a treat to enjoy but to bad not affordable enough for more frequent visits.

When you first walk in the odor in this restaurant is not pleasant. It smells like the sewer is backing up into the restaurant. I wanted to leave immediately but my daughter insisted on getting a blizzard

A middle aged Spanish speaking women took or order. Right in front of her I asked my daughter what flavor she wanted. She responded chocolate and that’s what we ordered.
When the blizzard came it was vanilla. Not a big (so we thought) deal we simply informed the same woman of the mistake

She immediately became rude a defensive and refused to remake me order. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t do that either.
She eventually went in the back and spoke to someone and remade the order but we would not eat it. I was afraid of what she may have done to it when it was not in my sight.

I called the next day and spoke to Jessica who called herself the manager. She was equally as rude and did nothing to help the situation

So I am doing exactly what I told the manager I would do
1. Write an honest review if the terrible service
2. Call the county health code inspectors to evaluate that raw sewer smell
And give them a health code in the door
3. Dispute this charge with my credit card company

3-3 Done!
