We went to dairy queen and ordered thr spicy chili chicken stripe. Large fries medium drinks. And the service was some of the best I've witnessed to. When we got our food the fries were not that many and looked like a small. On just one order the other two was adequate. When the manager came to address the issue. He said that he would bring me some more fries. And when he returned he came back with four more orders of fries and made me feel like I was a king in the queen chambers. Some of the absolute best customer service. I would come back over and over. No matter what!

I'm from only two towns over from here and I get dairy Queen chicken strip basket almost three times a week at different locations. When I asked for extra butter on my toast that comes with the basket they looked at me like I was stupid they said we don't put butter on the toast. They looked baffled they didn't even have butter in the store. I probably got in the chicken basket over a hundred times in the last 3 years never have I ever had it without butter. This location says they have never had butter. Then on top of that I didn't even check their price It was around $16 with tax by the time I was done for a six-piece chicken strip basket normally at all the other locations it's 8 to $10 I was baffled by this. Between the pricing and no butter for bread I mean who serves unbuttered toast I will never visit this location again

Came in with a BoGo for .99 coupon on Blizzards. Was informed that the coupon mailed to us wasn't accepted here. Tried to get us to download the app for a similar coupon. Obviously an information grab . Why else couldn't they just accept the coupon? Ice cream already melting by the time we received ( yes it is soft serve but this was more extreme) In the advertising they show an overflowing cup held upside down.....1) ours weren’t filled anywhere near cup lip ... not even close!…maybe an inch + down . 2) if you held it upside down it would drip out... it's not 'frozen', at least not at this location.
Box of 6 dilly bars $14 ! Pictured is $14 worth of blizzards. As you can see it’s no where near filled. Google list national average for a medium Blizzard at $5.69, here it’s $6.69 (imagine that , a dollar more for a product less than advertised and slushy at that!)
First and only trip here .... Not worth it.

We stopped by this cozy spot in Naples, Florida — and really enjoyed it! The place is small and compact inside, but it has that authentic, traditional vibe that makes you feel it’s been around for years and loved by locals.
The menu has all the classics — burgers, shrimp, fries, and desserts displayed in a chilled case. Everything was well-prepared, served quickly, and the staff were polite and friendly. There’s a big parking area outside, which is a bonus.
Simple, comfortable, and tasty — a great stop for lunch or a casual dinner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This dairy queen stays busy due to its location.A large majority of the time, they have difficulties with machinery breaking down, such as soft serve. The workers are typically friendly and accommodating. Parking can be difficult. There is a small amount of seating inside and outside.I would recommend getting your food or dessert and taking it to go
