The service was absolutely incredible, Logan (the manager) there was beyond accommodating and truly went **above and beyond** for our table after a simple mistake by the kitchen. PS - on the food & drinks â cocktails are incredible and well balanced. Get the heirloom tomato carpaccio with ricotta (over the top!!) and the Snake River NY Strip 12oz!!!

The ambiance is absolutely fantastic-relaxed yet sophisticated. The outdoor seating feels charming and inviting, while the interior strikes a cool, moody vibe. The food is outstanding. Their steaks, in particular, are cooked to perfection and exactly as ordered. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server, Tyson, was genuinely one of the best we've ever had. He was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and professional. Highly recommend-this place delivers on every level!

We had the most amazing experience at this restaurant! Our waitress, Katie, was hands down one of the best servers weâve ever hadâand we dine out regularly. From her recommendations, to the atmosphere, to the incredible meal itself, everything was absolutely top-notch.
She went above and beyond to make sure our kiddos had a great time too. They even cut their steak for them, gave us fish food, and walked them over to the koi tank to feed the fishâsuch a thoughtful touch!
The steak, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and specialty cocktails were all phenomenal. We truly canât say enough good things about this place and will 100% be back!

But the this is the second time having Burton as our server/waiter in two weeks and he has absolutely killed the mood for our family. He was rude both times and acted disgusted when asked questions about the menu. This used to be my favorite restaurant around.

Best steak in Naples! My fiance and I went here to celebrate the day before our wedding, and Sher made our night extremely special. She was super friendly frequently checking in and having conversation. The atmosphere is lovely and the food and drinks were excellent!

I have lived in Naples for 28 years and have dined at nearly every high-end establishment in the city. I have never, in nearly three decades, experienced customer service as horrendous and unprofessional as I did here.
We went to wait in our vehicle nearby. When we called back at 8:15 PM to check on the status, a young woman answered with yet another attitude, telling me, âI have to speak to my manager, Iâll call you back.â When they finally called at 8:20 PM, the update was even more pathetic: âUnfortunately, there are three reservations in front of you and we donât have a specific time to seat you.â
It is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this supposed caliber to treat locals or any guest with such blatant disregard. Being forced to scramble for a new dinner plan at 8:30 PM in a town where kitchens close at 10 PM ruined what should have been a special night.
If you value your time and expect even a baseline level of respect, go elsewhere. Naples has too many world-class options to waste a single minute (or dollar) on a place this poorly managed.

Called The Continental to ask a simple question about the lunch menu. Immediately got hit with âitâs onlineâ like Iâd asked for the nuclear launch codes instead of a menu. No greeting, no attempt to helpâjust straight-up annoyance. Dude on the phone hits you with âitâs onlineâ like youâre asking for the nuclear launch codes instead of a menu. itâs 2026âyeah the menuâs online, but maybe lead with âSure, happy to helpâ instead of sounding like you just interrupted his mid-afternoon martini ritual. Rude energy level: 10/10, hospitality level: âcorrect, very goodâ sarcasm unlocked.
The food was excellent as was our service. Staff worked incredibly hard to accommodate all the guests in the middle of a cold windstorm. Well done!

Have always enjoyed dinner at the Continental Naples. Nice outdoor space, cocktails and food. However, last night for the first time felt rushed, Mordor's were taken, cocktails, salad, entree and desert finished in just under an hour! Usually, it is much more relaxing
