We were seated and ordered drinks, but after that everything fell apart. We waited 45 minutes and were never able to place a food order because our server simply never came back. Not once.
The most frustrating part is that while the server was apologetic, nothing was comped for the excessive wait. Instead, we were told to “ask for him next time” and he’d comp a dessert - which honestly felt insulting, because why would we ever come back after this experience?
Very disappointing experience and not what you expect from a restaurant of this level.

We had the most beautiful Christmas Eve dinner here. Service from Bronco was amazing as well as the gentleman who assisted him. Nothing felt rushed or chaotic it was a gorgeous evening outside. The snowbird seasonal cocktail tasted like Christmas and the food was all out of this world. My dad tried walleye for the first time and we all loved it! Thanks for an amazing holiday with my family.
