We celebrated our friends birthday and they brought him a huge carrot cake that we all could eat. We really appreciated it, and our server Shelly was excellent. Fifth time there this year. We love it there.

Blue Lagoon's food is always good, and consistent. The service is always excellent, and I've had a few different servers and they've all been attentive and accomodating.
We went for Mother's Day lunch. We had a wonderful meal with excellent service. It was very crowded and noisy by the time we left. So a popular choice! Mothers received a choice of a key lime pie or a Prosecco spritzer.

We enjoy the Phelan restaurant chain, Deep Lagoon has great atmosphere, the food is consistently good, service is good,and prices reasonable. We had the grouper and the hogfish, the tuna appetizer was great. Always a good evening.

Sea bass excellent! Sides easily changed. Chilly in corner booths. Service excellent. Pleasantly surprised! Bar very busy and fun to people watch! Two outdoor patios available and dogs welcome there! Will return!

Service was terrible; waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes before our entrees were served. Appetizers were ordered timely but 2 of our party of 4 did not receive their appetizers until waiter finally came by and we told him 2 of our party had not received them.

Omg! We Love this restaurant! It is always our first stop and a few more, then our last night in Naples. Last night we had an exceptional server. We had Isa and we had thought our servers were good before. But she is so well trained and on top of it. She was there and noticed every detail! First time we got bread and a cinnamon and whipped butter! None of the guys brought that at all...?! She got my wines when getting low and side of ice. We will be requesting her section now on. Always delicious, fresh food in such a pretty restaurant. We like the happy hourand the valet parking.

Our experience was really outstanding! Ian our server really gave it his all he was amazing seeing to our every need! Our oyster appy, our usual favorite, was outstanding as well as our entrees Great job Deep Lagoon Naples!!

Had the shrimp scampi. I thought it was odd that the shrimp was sauteed in a pan and then put in the pasta. Plus, the shrimp was only sauteed on one side. One side was brown and the other side was white. My wife had the chicken tacos, which she had a few times before, and that was not the same. The crab rangoons were excellent.
Unlike other times we've been to Deep Lagoon, last night the peal & eat shrimp was watery, seemed like it was defrosted instead of fresh shrimp we always had before. Very disappointing.
Happy Hour can't be beat with drinks , good food and service. Vanessa our server was wonderful and recommended crab rangoon and mussels which were both on happy hour menu. We also split the grouper rockefeller which was amazing. Will definitely be back

Went for a late lunch today. Our waitress, Michelle was wonderful. Attentive, friendly, placed our appetizers and entree in a timely sequence. Our chowder was amazing, the crab Rangoon outstanding and the grouper lunch special delicious. Thank you Michelle, you exceeded our expectations!!

Service was great. The captains special was good but the fish was thin and dry, not sure what kind of fish it was. I had the filet it was cooked as requested but it seemed to be burnt on the outside. Don’t think I would go back.
