I came to Del Mar Naples for a dinner with four other people and we had the most amazing experience! We got sat in Gioacchino's section and from the beginning we were pleased. He's an exceptional waiter - He greeted our table right away, poured us water, took our drink orders, was knowledgeable about the menu, and seemed to genuinely love his job. He even cracked some jokes which we all got a kick out of. Everything was timed perfectly. Everyone was extremely happy with the apps and their entrees. I ordered the lobster spaghetti for my entree and it was the perfect portion and had a ton of tender lobster meat. Drinks were great as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also stunning. Honestly, one of my favorite restaurants I've ever been to and I can't wait to come back again!

The place is beautiful and super well located. The service was super good (Thanks Phillip!) but honestly, we owed the “Mediterranean” menu. Based on the prices, I think I expected more, since of all the dishes we tried, from appetizers to dessert, we didn't feel that any of them particularly stood out.

Simply brilliant once again. From reservation to payment, everything is perfectly organized and the atmosphere is wonderful. The food is absolutely top class. No matter whether it's fish or meat, whether it's a starter or a main course and the cocktails are amazing. If you are in Naples you just have to go here. My veal chop was excellent--I am still thinking about it 3 days later. Waiter Nick knows the cocktails, wine, and the menu well and was friendly and helpful. My husband also liked his snapper main course. Beet salad and tomato salad were both good. We had an early dinner when it was rainy. All the staff there were nice. The Veranda upstairs protected us from the rain yet also allowed us to see the going-on along the 5th avenue. Just wonderful...

5 stars all around. I love Del Mar. Been here 4 times now and the food, the drinks and the service are consistently great each time. I am not one to typically order steak at a restaurant because I feel I can make it better at home but not here. The Ribeye is fantastic! Their hummus trio with fresh vegetables is literally the best appetizer my husband and I ever eaten anywhere. I am gluten free and dairy free and they go out of their way each time to accommodate me. They also make a wonderful espresso martini — they can make them decaf which is very important to me as I cannot drink caffeine. Only thing I wish is that they had an option for gluten-free pita to go with the hummus trio! Otherwise this is my favorite restaurant in Naples!!!Dietary restrictions: They have options for people like me who are gluten free and dairy free which is fantastic!

I could nitpick: but I won’t. All in all a really nice experience. And the food, somewhat to my surprise, was very good. Tasty starters. My guests both had the swordfish cooked in a very jammy tomato sauce with some potatoes, which they enjoyed. I had the excellent snapper. We were in one of the quieter upstairs dining rooms. Outstanding service and really nice vibe. Given the resort prices more of a special occasion place. but I would go back. Or even share some snacks and a main at the bar for dinner.
