the horchata is great

I drove 30 minutes to go to this place, I expected to enjoy many things there.
But I left disappointed one Sunday, they didn't have a complete menu, they didn't have any fruits to prepare, the young woman who served me was angry and it seemed to bother her every time we asked if they had anything. The truth is I have been to better places and enjoyed it in peace.

The lady who was working there today, was very rude. There was a long line and she was working very slow which caused many people to leave without buying anything. When my turn came she got mad because I spoke English. She banged on the surface and was saying something in Spanish. Well, not everyone speaks Spanish and the server needs to treat everyone equally. One kind Hispanic lady translated for me, but the employee was still rude when she was ringing up everything. The only reason I used to go there was because of the owners who are really sweet and nice, but I guess I will never go back to this place.

This is one of those places you cannot miss out on if you come to Naples. I would tell you most would say this is the best ice cream in the entire state not just Naples. Awesome staff crazy good ice cream.

The owner is super sweet!! I got a waffle cone with chocolate ice cream and sprinkles, and you could just tell that every single thing was homemade.

Never saw the variety of ice cream bars like this place. Hey, they are not cheap but worth the price!! We had some my brother had in his freezer; then went to get more for dessert for a dinner we were hosting. Everyone! Loved them.

It's ok...the lady is very nice, but the pork skin is ?? I try this before and this one is horrible!!! They suppose use cabbage and they serve with lettuce Wich ones are so bitter... For the rest is fine...?

Great little ice cream and dessert shop! In addition to hand dipped ice cream they also have unique homemade popsicles in a variety of Mexican inspired flavors! Definitely recommend! The price is great too!
