This was a pleasant surprise. We have now found an Italian neighborhood resturant! It is small with a relaxing atmosphere. Clean and friendly. Have a glass of wine and some really good homestyle Italian fare. Homemade pasta, cooked al dente! Bolognese sauce, excellent. Carabonnara also excellent. Shop for a nice wine and Italian goodies on the way out the door.
Excellent experience. Food was great. Service was good and friendly. The space is fabulous. So nice to see a family owned restaurant doing well and clearly enjoying what they do. Very impressed!
Excellent. I had lobster ravioli special and wife had lasagne. We had burrata and prosciutto for appetizer. Wife/chef made amazing cake that day for dessert.
A small family-run gem among Naples' restaurant groups. Monika, the chef, cooks like an angel. The northern italian food selections are light and delicate, especially the flatbreads-- light, crispy dough.
Food was good a little bit out of the way. I thought the appetizers were very good. Bought my own wine bottle and corkage fee was only $20 which was great. Our waitresss, Rosie, was excellent. Would try again.
It was difficult to find the place, but once we did we were very happy with the outcome. Our server was friendly, helpful & attentive; the food was delicious and we found a new Chianti we hadn't tried before. Liked it so much we brought 2 bottles home! We always like to support family owned restaurants--we will be back!
This is the best Italian restaurant in Naples. It's a small family owned and operated restaurant with a small Italian market attached. The location is a little challenging because it's in a strip mall behind Wendy's off of US 41.
We were extremely impressed with all aspects of dining at Di Gusto. Will return and bring friends with us.
We were pleasantly surprised about this restaurant. It's seems to be hiding behind WENDY'S, on Tamiami Tr. in North Naples. Small but just big enough for an enjoyable Italian Dinner. Their space is not just a restaurant it's a store too. One can buy wine, cheeses, olive oil etc. Mamma is the cook with Pappa's help and their son is the greeter plus overall good n charge of the front of the house. Food is excellent as was the bottle of wine we shared. Check it out you won't be disappointed!
Small family owned place. The food was delicious. Highly recommended!
The eggplant parmesean was the best!

A must visit! This is an intimate and authentic northern Italian dining experience. Delightful ambiance with stylish and tasteful decor welcomes you to family restaurant with a trained chef whose cuisine belongs in a Michelin starred restaurant.
Service is attentive, polite, and knowledgeable, and the food is fresh, scratch made, with a rustic farm theme. We tasted half a dozen dishes and everything was impeccable. Highlights include the Burrata which is fresh and creamy, and the stuffed peppers which are light while still being hearty and well seasoned.
This is the best Italian food in a 30+ mile radius, bar none and is also very well priced. It deserves a regular visit!

Our first time at Di Gusto, but will not be our last.
Caprese was huge - plenty for 2 people. Bufala mozzarella with tons of grape tomatoes and basil/olive oil. (no basil leaves though, which was surprising)
Carpaccio was a favorite!
TROFIE AL PESTO GENOVESE was the best pesto we've had. It's hard to find an Italian restaurant that serves pesto - not sure why.
CASERECCE DI GUSTO used the same pasta (trofie) with a perfect combination of tomato sauce + pesto. Yum!
We were too full for dessert. My only disappointment was that they do not have cappuccino - only espresso and regular coffee. I think that would be a given in an Italian restaurant. No?
Prices are in line with most other restaurants in Naples.
Loved that it is family run. Mother, Monica is the chef; Son, David is front of house and server; Dad is server and host.
Music was appropriate. Not sure of the noise level once it is full since there were only 3 tables occupied while we were there (which is the norm in Naples in summer).
The space is sparsely but elegantly decorated with tables spaced well apart for conversation. The market is a foodie's paradise! Did not see the cantina during this visit.
I would definitely recommend Di Gusto for anyone who loves true Italian food.

My husband my son and I went to DiGusto for dinner which happened to fall on my birthday. We loved the food wine and atmosphere. I have not had such great italian dinner since we left the New York area. Food was beyond fantastic. We enjoyed the Lasagna Stuffed Pepper and Pasta Dishes. Dessert was equally incredible. Please visit this restaurant and we will be returning.
