Dolce & Salato in Naples is a hidden gem, a favorite lunch/brunch spot on 5th Ave. The watermelon salad with crunchy prosciutto and prosciutto di Parma with mozzarella are simply delicious. The eggplant parmigiana sandwich is flavorful and the best in town. The smoked salmon sandwich on a hot baguette is phenomenal. Fresh salads and daily fresh-baked bread make for a satisfying meal. The salads are delicious, especially the prosciutto and burrata with fig and cheese. Great service and clean, good ingredients make guests feel like family. The staff shows care and treats customers like royalty, creating a wonderful experience. The terrace is beautiful and perfect for a lunch. Dolce & Salato is busy, so it's best to be prepared to wait for a seat. It is an excellent little break during the week to disconnect from work. Can't wait to go back for more!
