I paid 36 dollars for 2 medium 2 topping pizza and just from the purchase I am not satisfied. When I paid I say a said. Saying 12 dollar large pizza. And the person who took my order did not even try to save me some money. I did not like my purcahse.

Ordered pizza they got my order wrong and charged me extra for the make up pizza because it was run wrong and waited another 20 minutes for the pizza I’m furious about the service very unprofessional and rude customer service my time is very valuable here and they wasted my time while I’m on vacation made me wait.

I am extremely disappointed with my order arriving late with no proper updates. The delay disrupted my plans, and the food arrived lukewarm you can almost say cold. This service is unacceptable. I expect a response and a commitment to better service.

We ordered pizza at 7:38 pm and I'm writing this review at 9:30 pm pizzaless. We received an email saying sorry for the bad order so my mom called. They explained that the driver picked up the wrong order but they are coming with ours and it will be there soon. WRONG. Another 30 minutes go by and still, no pizza. We call again. "It's still on the way but you will get it tonight." This was at around 9. Again 30 minutes and no pizza. Awful delivery service AND awful customer service. I mean seriously just tell us straight up "oh sorry you won't be getting it." Apparently that's too hard, or bad for the image. I don't know. But lying to us and getting my hopes up is not great for the image either. I had a crazy day and that pizza was all I wanted and now im going to bed hungry, mad, and pizzaless. Absolutely ridiculous and unaccaptable. This is why Papa John's is better.

Did not receive one of the items ordered in which I picked up when I called them and asked them to deliver it. They said there would be a delivery fee even though it was their mistake. Will never go there again, and Dominoes needs to train their people improper business etiquette

This location used to be amazing. Now the orders are always 30 minutes longer than what they quote you. And because of that the pizza clearly has been sitting so it isn’t super fresh. When I ordered today my order was incorrect. I’ve had a time where the pizza wasn’t even cut and luckily we have a pizza cutter at home. I’m not sure what’s changed but this place has gone downhill which is a shame bc they used to be wonderful and deliver in under 30 min!

The manager that worked Saturday 9/7/24 who by the way hung up on me when I asked her name is rude and unwilling to fix there mistake. I will never order from this store or tell anyone else to.

Worst pizza I've had in years. Never again, ever.

The people at this store are about as dumb as a box of rocks. I called to order a pizza for delivery and literally took 13mins to try and place the order. Didn’t even get to finalize my order because the guy on the phone taking my CC number couldn’t even figure how to put the payment through. I ended up hanging up the phone. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
