12 noon pizza said it was ready at 1150 beat on the door for 15 min til someone come and unlocked it.

Paid $17.74 for a one topping large pizza before I realized they had a managers special written on their chalk board that included two large pizzas with two toppings for $11.99 each. When I questioned it after my purchase the employees informed me (with attitude) that if I wanted the special I needed to ask for it. IMO it should be standard good business practice for the employees to offer to the customer the managers special if it’d
save the customer some $$. We won’t be going back to Dominos for pizza.

Once again, I have a free pizza on my profile so I called the store this afternoon to get my pizza after going to three different people a young man sounding like he was from Jamaica got on the phone asking me who gave the authority for me to have a free pizza I said it was one of your managers that put that on my profile he told me unless I could come up with the managers name. He was not going to stand behind us that only managers can add this to my profile. I ask him to speak to a manager. He said no one was in the store that he called everyone I find that hard to believe also, he’s acting like I’m trying to rob him. I never called myself and offered myself for free pizza. this happens at the store a lot it seems to be mismanaged or too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I’m highly disappointed. I order from here often. I spent quite a bit of money over the years.
I hope this can be rectified. I did ask for a manager to call me back, but he did not act like he was going to pass that onto a manager. He just said have a nice day and hung up on me once once again quality customer service I don’t understand a week ago. I got a pizza from here I hope somebody can help me with this. I’m just over having stuff on my profile and then when I try to use it, I’m turned away or belittled anyone ordering from here beware get names positions and dates of when people call you because if you get one of these other kids on the phone they will not stand behind what’s on your profile.

I paid 36 dollars for 2 medium 2 topping pizza and just from the purchase I am not satisfied. When I paid I say a said. Saying 12 dollar large pizza. And the person who took my order did not even try to save me some money. I did not like my purcahse.

Ordered pizza they got my order wrong and charged me extra for the make up pizza because it was run wrong and waited another 20 minutes for the pizza I’m furious about the service very unprofessional and rude customer service my time is very valuable here and they wasted my time while I’m on vacation made me wait.

I am extremely disappointed with my order arriving late with no proper updates. The delay disrupted my plans, and the food arrived lukewarm you can almost say cold. This service is unacceptable. I expect a response and a commitment to better service.

We ordered pizza at 7:38 pm and I'm writing this review at 9:30 pm pizzaless. We received an email saying sorry for the bad order so my mom called. They explained that the driver picked up the wrong order but they are coming with ours and it will be there soon. WRONG. Another 30 minutes go by and still, no pizza. We call again. "It's still on the way but you will get it tonight." This was at around 9. Again 30 minutes and no pizza. Awful delivery service AND awful customer service. I mean seriously just tell us straight up "oh sorry you won't be getting it." Apparently that's too hard, or bad for the image. I don't know. But lying to us and getting my hopes up is not great for the image either. I had a crazy day and that pizza was all I wanted and now im going to bed hungry, mad, and pizzaless. Absolutely ridiculous and unaccaptable. This is why Papa John's is better.

My last two orders delivery came one hour late from the estimated time they need to hired more delivery driver

Did not receive one of the items ordered in which I picked up when I called them and asked them to deliver it. They said there would be a delivery fee even though it was their mistake. Will never go there again, and Dominoes needs to train their people improper business etiquette
