Domino's Pizza

It's Dominoes....so the food is always the same and never going to be better than a local pizza spot. However, you can't beat the price when feeding teenagers!

I just left this Domino’s and am shocked by the rude and disrespectful customer service I experienced from Robert. The only reason I went there in the first place was because they delivered the wrong pizza last week, so we called to redeem the free pizza we were offered.

My friend clearly ordered a medium pepperoni and cheese, but Robert rushed her off the phone and refused delivery. When I picked up the pizza, it was wrong again. When I pointed this out, Robert immediately became defensive and told me, “No, I just talked to your friend — you need to call her,” instead of addressing the issue.

Having worked in the restaurant industry for five years, I was appalled by how I was spoken to. When the corrected pizza was ready, he practically threw it across the counter and said “Here you go” in a snide, angry tone, as if the repeated mistakes were my fault.

Wow!! Picked up take out order and was behind an elderly gentleman with a walker. Clearly unstable on his feet. He asked if there was a place to sit down while he waited for his order. Unfortunately, there is no seating area but James, the young man working, quickly went into the back and wheeled out an office chair. He so kindy helped the gentleman sit down. Renews my faith in humanity in our younger generation. Come on Domino's..... recognize James for his good deed and great compassion!!

Ordered a pizza and never got it. Driver said it was delivered, but it never came. Told me it would be another 30 minutes to get it here when I already waited an hour. Lol.

Waited over 30 minutes after tracking said pizza was done, then they printed out two of the same order, so instead of two different pizza I got two of the same. They refused to own up on their mistake. Will never go to any Domino's again.

The pizza is always perfect and tastes great. Must be a good owner and manager behind these hard workers. Always buy from here using the app.

Have not had domino's in years but wanted to try the new stuffed crust which was much better than I expected. Used the app to order which is great. Ordered cinnamon bread and paid for an extra icing. Didn't eat it that night but next morning went to eat it and no icing. Not the free one and not the one I paid extra for. Very disappointing!

Ordered off the app, showed 21-31mins for delivery. Long story short the food was delivered after 45mins, barely warm, and the manager was no help. Supposedly I have a credit for a portion of my order at that Dominos only but seemed sketchy that that was the only way one I can go to to get it, can’t order off the app for it. All in all it wasn’t a good experience, bad customer service.

I ordered multiple items for a party of mine. Saw that it came with a free order of buffalo chicken, dope. When it got here it was only the buffalo chicken I got as a free dish. Nothing else was delivered. The domino's driver said he would be right back with the rest of my order. Never showed up and I got screwed.

Every time I order pizza from this place they bring it to me in absolute shambles. The cheese is stretched or the crust is folded so excessively to the point that whenever I have someone with me they tend to give me a look of disgust and suggest I pursue a refund. I always give them 20% tips so I expected at least passable service, I don't know if they have something against me because I live in an apartment but it's getting ridiculous.
