Busy place , no one smile but food is fine, now what got me is the TIP they don’t charge you anymore now they take out the window a charging station for you to pay and get asked to tip them while they look you in the eye 😂😂😂

I arrived at Dunkin at around 6:05-6:15 on 1/30/2026. I specifically asked for the chocolate cold foam with strawberry and oat milk drink I’m a little unsure the exact name of the drink. However I did not receive that and instead just got a regular strawberry and oat milk drink even though the lady who took my order repeated it and it was on my receipt. That was rather irritating considering she repeated and not only that I also asked for the 10 munchkins mixed with without the blueberry munchkins since I’m severely allergic and while she said “ok no blueberry munchkins” I received the blueberry munchkins regardless and while I don’t mean to get anyone fired she was a lady most likely Latin American with black hair in a pony tail who works in the morning at this dunkin. I hope this doesn’t happen again have a good evening.

I don’t appreciate a debit card reader stuck in my face at the drive thru, with tip amount selection in large letters, just so they can hand me a $6 coffee. Tips should never be asked for, especially before you receive your order.

Never any good customer service. Everytime I go through drive thru, I feel like a burden. I only order one iced coffee. They never speak one word to me, it’s so awkward. If I ask a question IMEDIATE attitude, it’s so odd

The best Dunkin’ Donuts out in the Estates manager staff are always so friendly. They know me by name it’s always clean immaculate inside drive-through is always very quick and they are always so helpful and will do anything. If your order is wrong give you a free doughnut if your coffee is wrong, they’ll give you a new one just amazing. Amazing if you’re going to Dunkin, make sure you go to this location.

I ordered 50 munchkins for a birthday on door dash. I only received 10. I have continously called the store, no one cares enough to pick up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want coffee go to a company who cares about customer service because dunkin donuts doesn't.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The drinks and food are always made incorrectly and the staff is extremely rude. I decided to give this location another try, I ordered a medium latte and the lady screamed through the drive thru “WE NO HAVE”, I left and will not be giving Dunkin’ Donuts my business ever again.

There are fewer seats here than most of the other Dunkins I've been to. The staff is loud and didn't speak to each other in English the entire time I was there. I sat down to send a few emails for work but the AC happened to be out so it was about 82° inside.
