Unfortunately this Dunkin Donuts manager does stereotype their customers.

The five star service is for the morning crew. The people who bust their asses and wake up at the crack of dawn before the sun comes up as for the second shift of the day. I never will go here and get anything. The coffee is always old coffee grounds, always in the bottom of my coffee bacon always slimy and undercooked And when you say something about it, the manager, you know the one with the pixie cut and the small nose ring she looks at you like there's nothing she can do about it. The bacon supposed to come undercooked the coffee supposed to come old and made from yesterday stop playing.

It was ok. We had to go back and get our order corrected but the server did not complain or argue. The drinks were nothing special but it was still caffeinated coffee.

STOP rushing people and don’t stack different flavor donuts like chocolate on top of each other in a bag, at least use a wax paper in between if you are not going to provide a small box.

The food was good but I ordered a matcha latte and it wasn't mixed well so there were clumps of powder. I ordered 25 count munchkins I asked for glazed, blueberry, chocolate, and blueberry sprinkle and I didn't get my blueberry sprinkle ones.
My order is always right. Nothing like wanting/needing your coffee in the morning and it’s on point EVERYTIME. I know this location has high volume but they are quick and accurate. Thank you!

I live right across the street from this dunkin and when this place first opened. When I come in and order during the week during the day the two woman that are always there in the afternoon “female manager and lady with dark hair” they have no smile on there face and no “hi how are you “ and this week I came in and ordered my usual coffee with my friend that has been here as well. Yesterday I came up to the counter and smiled per usual and she just looked at me and didn’t say hi and had no smile on her face and I said to the woman with the dark hair thank you and smiled at her and she didn’t say “you’re welcome, or have a nice day” instead she looked at me without a smile and turned away. My friend looked at me and told me that this is why she doesn’t come here anymore because they are never friendly and always have attitudes. The two woman working yesterday (Tuesday) at about 1pm was a lady with black hair that is always there and along with the manager. Both of them never smile and are always rude. Was talking to my friend about this outside dunkin and a lady overheard walking out of the dentist office next door and came up to me and said “yes they are always rude, and how they treat customers is awful and this is why I don’t go here anymore.” Sick of giving money to a business that have people working there that are not polite and rude. Very disappointing because I am a frequent customer and yesterday was the last straw for me.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!! if i could give this 0 starts i would. they dont even deserve half of a star! i specifically told the lady HOT CHOCOLATE WITH MOCHA. she gave me coffee with milk. I knew i smelt something off with my drink!!!! NOT TO MENTION i cannot handle caffeine. And the MANAGER made this drink. this is so disappointing. why work at a place where you confuse coffee with hot chocolate. SMH DO NOT GO HERE. also the hash brown is always burnt. the service here is TERRIBLE!!!!!!
