The Duncan in Naples Flordia great! But the Duncan's in the Dallas TX Airport suck. Not friendly at all and if your not going to serve Duncan Midnight dark coffee why is it even on your Menue. Both were on C gates in airport.

I came through the drive thru at 8am and the line was wrapped around the building. This Dunkin team got it done SO QUICK! They are so awesome over there and they did it with a smile! ?
This Dunkin Donut is the best location in Naples. Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite. The drinks are always made well. Also, they actually have fresh donuts at this one since it’s made next door at their old DD location. Sometimes the donuts are so fresh it melts in your mouth.

I was at Dunkin Donuts and I wanted a drink,breakfast sandwhich and a classic donut I told the employee my order when I said I want a classic donut the employee was rude to me and gave me a bad attitude she asked me what kind of donut I told her a strawberry frosted donut she asked me if I wanted whip cream on top of my drink I said yes she did put whip cream but the whip cream was on the outside of the cup I tell her that's a lot of whip cream then she says your the one who asked for it the way she said it in a mean way this experience it hurt my feelings.
