The best bagel I have ever had at a Dunkin. The coffee was fresh, and made properly was not burnt or over-extracted. An elevated Dunkin experience. Friendly and super fast service just prior to the morning rush.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ location for many, many years! The main reasons that I keep coming back is the great service by everyone that works there!! Very fast service no matter how complicated the order may be!!! Order is correct all the time!! Management takes pride in store and employees!!! My coffee is delicious every time!!! And there are plenty of donuts stocked!!!So I want to say thank you everyone!!! For a great experience each time!!!

I came here a couple days ago and I couldn’t believe the horrible service I received. One lady that was working the counter was extremely disrespectful to me, making fun of my accent, she was definitely racist and had no morals whatsoever. Then I receive my food and my donuts were moldy! Almost as if she chose to give me them on purpose. I’m never coming back. You’ve lost a potentially loyal customer all due to one lady that had horrible customer service. Imagine how many other people receive this treatment from her. Her trashy attitude and rude remarks will drive customers away. I’m going to Starbucks from now on.

Staff needs to be trained accordingly. Went in for my normal order in this new location with my kids and they messed it up. I don’t think it’s hard to heat up some food and treat people with kindness bc the staff is very unprofessional and all around rude. Starbucks is more costly but I’m taking my business across the street. Only good thing about this place is the parking.

I typically do not leave reviews but today that changed. I stayed in the car and my parents went into get us coffee and food as we were leaving back home. They ordered iced coffees and they gave us lattes that wasn’t the main issue. One of the workers with glasses, round shape, brown hair, wearing headset and another worker laughed at my parents…for what reason? Idk. If I were in there I would’ve defended my parents bc they simply did no wrong and they double checked their order before placing it in the kiosk. Anyways, if you want to get laughed at by an Oooo a loompa come here :)

The food wasn't even what we ordered and tasted terrible. Overall a terrible experience and I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
