The service was unacceptable and incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant being empty, the staff chose to stand around chatting instead of doing their jobs. The food was badly prepared. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon, and it arrived without bacon. When I asked them to correct their mistake, it took an absurd amount of time. Overall, a very frustrating experience and extremely poor service.

They really need to come up with a better system for the drive through. If the line is long cars just block 41 which is a main road. It’s a daily issue and causes so many traffic issues. Donuts are dry, hardly any filling, just not good in general. The county also needs to step up and do something too.

We came through for our “usual” this morning. We have lived/traveled all over the US and get the same question every time we order our iced vanilla latte with almond milk, add creamer. (Are you sure?) This young man delivered exactly as we asked (it was plenty sweet) and he was fast and efficient. Another great Dunkin experience!

i thought/think that the $5 meal was a treat especially when it offered the choice between a croissant or a bagel, and choosing between bacon or sausage with egg and cheese PLUS hot or ice coffee & half a dozen tater tots! Now that’s a Bargain!

This place needs better training and needs to improve! They don’t cook your food all the way correctly because sometimes it doesn’t even feel like it’s toasted and just got warmed up in a microwave for 15 sec, Everyone there sounds like their always in a bad mood, they take forever with making food and drinks, we came today and they forgot to check to make sure everything is in it so now I’m on my way to work with a food item they forgot about, and I’m just over this place. I’ve come so many times and they don’t improve. Manage your team better and solve this 😒

I usually get the ice caramel craze latte and yk some dunkins get it right. BUT. This one. This Dunkin makes my toes GRIP the floor everytime I go here. My veterans here KNOW how to make it right here unlike any other dunkin. This one is THE dunkin and I will not play about it. I will defend it until the day I die. This place messes up my order everyday. The food taste like cleaning products. It’s burnt, and cold. Even when I ask them to fix it they still mess it up. Everyday they mess it up. I will never go back here again.

they need to fire everyone and get a fresh start. the location is awesome and people love dunkin. but the drive through is always 20 mins long with each customer taking over 10 minutes. they lose so much business because people just leave. dunkin is supposed to be a FAST experience. never coming back unless they get employees who actually cared
